There has been a slight lack of proactivity in communication between different members of staff as I have been dealing with Persimmons over the past two years.

Simon Webb has been really helpful in putting efforts to close down issues as quickly as possible. His suggestions regarding communication could really help the team to develop.

Even amid several issues (including some which could have been solved more efficiently), Yvonne Tabram has remained very approachable and friendly. From a customers perspective, that is an amazing trait.

Overall, compared to the issues which I hear others have with their new developments - I am very happy with Persimmons.

Zoli has been to see us twice now, really nice guy and very good at fixing the issues.

5 stars for Aristos. It is the second time he has come to help with a repair. Very happy with the work done and suggestions made!

I rarely write reviews but feel that this review is well deserved.
From the time we put down our early bird deposit at Bramble Green our experience of the site team has been nothing but positive. The sales executive at the development in Market Harborough has gone above and beyond. She has guided us through the whole process and provided guidance and discussed options available to us. She has replied to email queries promptly and has followed through with everything that she has said she will do. I can honestly say that she is the most helpful and professional sales executive that I have encountered during all of my experiences with new developments. We also had the opportunity to view our property at the pre plaster stage. The assistant site manager who showed us round was very knowledgeable and interesting and explained about the structure of the house.
Looking forward to moving into our new home very soon.

sold us a brand new house - Kenilworth Gate with a faulty boiler. Moved in Tuesday - had to call someone out as the heating system doesn’t work - they came out Thursday - ‘fixed it’, yet the issue broke again Friday and here we are Monday with a new house, 7 month old baby and no heating. The advice we have been given is to turn the boiler on and off

I bought a new Charles Church Home in my Area of South Yorkshire recently, and wanted to see the show home in the Warwickshire area. I phone the local agent for the site, Katherine who invited me to look around. This was very helpful, informative with lots of help, assistance, and guidance from Katherine. The experience was delightful with lots of credit going to the professionalism of my visit. Thank you mr k Guest.

We’ve recently been through the reservation process at Grayling Gate and have been impressed with how clear and well organised it has been from the outset. The thoughtful details across the development and the overall quality are clearly apparent.

It's our first time buying a new-build home and we initially had quite a few questions about how everything works, but Francesca has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She has been welcoming, patient and knowledgeable during each visit, taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the plans for our new home. This has helped to reassure us that we’ve made the right decision and we’re looking forward to the next stages of the process.

Caroline has been amazing throught the buying process, she has helped us secure the plot and assisted us throughout the journey, always has a smile and upbeat attitude, investigates and sorts out any queries or issues and has been a joy to work with over the last few months.

A lot of back and fourth with incorrect information, could do things and turned out we could not. We cancelled our reservation at Moat House Grange as the excitement had disappeared, ended up being the most stressful purchase and part exchange process! Inconsistent service and still trying to get our deposit back after cancelling within the 14 days, but received a letter to say it will be a part refund... Queries have not been answered timely. Often we have been chasing them! Lack of clarity throughout and mixed messaging.
We would like our full refund and to close the chapter in a speedy fashion! Extremely disappointed.

We had Alan Foreman from the customer care team at Ridge Walk around to do a couple bits such as skylight blinds, shelves, mirrors and hanging baskets. Really helpful and friendly and did a great job!
Very happy.

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a property on the Charles Church Bramble Green estate Market Harborough. I'm a mid aged male going on 80 in being grumpy & I will not go through anything to purchase or experiance if I don't like the person. 2 months ago I find myself going to have a look without the family no expectations just to get a feel for the place. I was greeted warmly by a member of staff called Caroline Jarvis they were chatty & smiley at no point pushy which I like. I continued into the show house & Caroline gave me a little time & space to look around & I found myself thinking oh bugger I like it, Caroline joined me & was able answer so many questions I had, 2 hours past & I was convienced now to tell the better half they needed to have a look. We had no choice but to take the kids aged 6 & 3 who can be well behaved at times kids are kids & just want to mess around what I found so personal was the way Caroline treated me & the family it wasn't just selling a house it was so much more understanding my family & their needs engaging with my children. So far throughout the process Caroline has made it easy, contact has been good & transparent, they have been able to assist with any questions whether its about the house, financial, solictors etc. Honestly the house was nice & showhomes are meant to be, Caroline is the reason I'm buying because she has built up a client relationship & I trust her & I believe if we encounter any issues when we have completed & I hope we don't but she will get it sorted. I also wish highlight some of the contractors on site both the site manager & assistant site manager & have been super friendly & helpful. You have a great team here at Bramble green.

Well, as we near completion, I'd like to say about our experience within the Rothwell development, we first met Caroline Jarvis last year, Caroline took us through the process so seamlessly, nothing was to much trouble, sadly Caroline jarvis moved to another development, just was we are getting ready to exchange, but the contact has been continuing, and handing over to a new Lady, Shelley, who has Been very supportive during our viewing last week with the site manager.

Although it has been far from an easy ride with our buyers, Charles Church have been very welcoming indeed.

The process so far have been amazing, and despite the problems, we want the final story to be our forever home.

And Caroline, Shelley, site manager and Dan will be ourfirst guests.

We moved into our new house in September and have been visited by a number of representatives from the Customer Service Team. They have all been friendly, skilful and very respectful of our property. Very satisfied.

So . . . . I'm buying a new home at the Charles Church Hallows Rise, Nottingham development.
While I'm in love with my new home, I seriously need to say how absolutely fantastic both Lyam and Jen have been at the development - helping me with every step of my journey. They've been so helpful with any queries/questions I've had, always coming back to me very promptly and with all of the info I needed. Running through the Select Options and choosing mine for my new home, they were so so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and informative!
I can't believe how relaxed I've actually been during what is usually renowned to be one of the most stressful times of our lives - but thanks to Lyam and Jen it's been anything but stressful, it's been a breeze! :-)

Very Impressed by Alan Berry he is truly a magician when it comes to snagging!

Cookie was really helpful when completing some works in our en suite. He also helped inform us of other things that needed attention and how to go about getting them sorted.

Dave (plastic surgeon) fixed the dent in the frame above the front door and left it looking as good as new.
