All phone calls and emails were promptly replied to which meant that we were not left wondering what was happening about a particular issue. Staff were both friendly and helpful and sympathetic to our moving situation. Review relates to both Banbury and Bracknell offices. We very much appreciated having this service there were a great many occasions where it would have been unimaginable not to have someone to help progress the dale and reach out to solicitors on both sides.
