We met Abbie on Saturday for a viewing. She was punctual and had the property details printed with ground rent and maintenance info on. She was confident. Informative. She had good local knowledge as we are not from the area. We asked her questions which she was able to answer. A very pleasant young professional woman.

The agent was very helpful throughout my paperwork. She was very patient with me on the day of viewing the property. She has been very understanding and also, take her time to explain this to me to understand.
