Chancellors - Didcot Omdömen 

We had an unexpected issue with our drains today. I called Mia Hallam our property manager and she quickly contacted our landlord and arranged for a drain specialist to come, assess and deal with issue. She also kindly passed on that there was a dog on the property who was at risk if he digested what was coming out.
The issue was all delt with and fixed within 2 hours.

Can’t recommend unfortunately.
Poor communication and they don’t care about the state of disrepair to properties being let out by them.
We have complained about cleanliness and disrepair for more than 8 weeks and only now trades are coming out to “take a look”. Only 1 item on a list of around 100 items has been fixed so far and we have been in for more than 2 months.

All round our experience with Chancellors has been incredibly poor which is really disappointing when paying so much money to rent.
A certain level of customer service is expected from the agent but Chancellors leave much to be desired to say the least.

Chancellors in Didcot offers a mixed experience. While some team members, like Luca and Megan, provide great communication and support, others seem more focused on collecting personal information and can be slow in progressing tasks. The letting and sales teams appear knowledgeable and organized, yet there are areas that need improvement to ensure consistent service quality.

Agent doesn't answer your questions. She's keen to collect your personal information only. Progress is slow if any ever happens. Worst agency in Didcot based on my experience.

I have been trying to get a viewing at several properties in the Didcot area for the last month and the chancellor agents say they have not been able to find a time for me to view them. I told them I was completely flexible with time and day yet apparently, there were still no viewing options.

Luca has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. He was so friendly and personable, keeping us updated and checking in on things. As first time buyers we didn't know what the process was or what to expect and Luca reassured us and kept in regular contact.
He has set our expectations very high.

Chancellors remains very professional, even when dealing with anxious/stressed clients like myself. I first approached them in 2023 when wanted to sell my property. I then changed my mind and decided I’ll let it out. The letting team managed by Callum reinforced my opinion about them; they are helpful, honest, knowledgeable and very respectful.

Viewing was arranged over the phone, however no one turned up to show the property

My back door wouldn't lock. Within the hour of reporting it to Chancellor, the Lock Smith arrived and repaired it! Thank you Megan 😊

They have always been helpful and insure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Megan is always helpful and get answers quickly

I had an issue with a blocked drain in my property and Marco Maltese has been really helpful & quick to sort out the problem.
He organised two plumbers to come over in one day (one couldn’t find the fault) from two different companies to make sure it was fixed asap which was greatly appreciated. Marco’s attitude was really positive and helpful and this helped turn around a negative, worrisome moment around.

Thank you to Jack Chapman and Chancellors Didcot, Jack kindly arranged a video viewing something which agents don't always offer, and has been really helpful throughout the process of my offer and application and has made the process easy and trouble free.
