Great service from Chameleon…

Great service from Chameleon Collections, kept up to date with progress when I asked for an update, and monies recovered in good time which I was very impressed with. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

worse than the people that owe you debts

decided to use these after being given all the talk
paid £349 to them and months later.
no debts paid. no contact from them. i asked for updates repeatedly from them but nothing.
will ring you 4-5 times a day to sign up.
once signed up - never contact you or reply to anything
waste of time and money

Two sensitive issues resolved quickly

Two sensitive issues resolved quickly. Others, including A court judgment with no known address took longer but traced and recovered. The collections department gave me weekly updates to its progress.

Disgruntled Client

These must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have been chasing an outstanding account for over two years. I get no feedback unless I chase them and more recently I can not get a response either by telephone or email. I have asked for a face to face meeting or telephone conversation to answer any outstanding queries but have had no response. When they were chasing me to sign up they rang me everyday, since signing up with them they avoid you like the plaque. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I am from WPW Floor & Wall Tile Specialists 27 Chester Road Castle Northwich Cheshire. It is a pity you do not answer your telephone or e-mails as quickly as you answer your bad reviews.

For your records, allow us to take this opportunity to substantiate your submitted debt has indeed paid in full.
See below two emails, one substantiating payment has been made direct to you in full (from your debtor).
The second email is from Chameleon whereby, we update and confirm after substantiating, that your debt has been paid in full direct to you. To which you agree and were aware of.
However, we note that after the successful recovery of your submitted debt, your agreed commission remains outstanding.
We encourage clients to remain as clients rather than become debtors that will pursued and recovered like all outstanding amounts submitted to us.

Ten out of Ten Chameleon …

I was recommended to Chameleon Collections by a colleague as had a few customers with long outstanding invoices. I dealt initially with Gav and also with Joe, I found their approach to business second to non regardless weather the debt was big or small, extremely professional, confidential and kept me updated throughout the whole process...... I can now sleep at night! Thankyou team Chameleon

I had a customer who wouldn’t pay me…

I had a customer who wouldn’t pay me after doing some work, I had been told about Chameleon collections so I got in contact with them and they got the money I was owed from the customer, would highly recommend, Joe was a great help, thanks Joe
