Ordered a variety of comics on June 23rd hadn't heard anything so sent a message and didn't hear anything so contacted PayPal for money back.

I don't normally bother leaving reviews, but saw quite a few negative ones here. Decided to edge my bet and order two comics. They came quick, really well packaged with no issues.

Would definitely purchase from again

I was a little hesitant to order given the other reviews here, especially as the item I was after is out of stock pretty much everywhere else. But it was indeed in stock, it was dispatched really quickly, well packaged and arrived on time. It's in excellent condition and everything I wanted of it.

After I placed my order on November 1st, I had to contact them regarding the status of my order. After 3 weeks and 3 emails, just as I mentioned I will be contacting my bank to open a claim, they replied back saying that half the items from my order were out of stock and they are shipping the rest without my approval. I told them to cancel my order but they sent it anyway. It took exactly 30 days to receive just half of my order. They are unreachable, unprofessional and careless. Avoid them at all costs, comics are not worth the effort you are going to spend with them.

Terrible company - sat on my order for two weeks, then cancelled it when I asked for a delivery update. No message, no apology - just a text message telling me the order had been cancelled.
Thank you so much for leaving us to try to find the item which we'd bought from you as a birthday present for our severely Autistic son. Would you like to explain to him why he hasn't got his Marvel Select Spiderman PS4 when he has a meltdown on his birthday ?

Terrible service. Placed order for items they didn't have. Over a week passed with no contact and had to chase them up.

Avoid!

Promotes bullying and toxic behaviour. May seem like a place for children to attend small events but when the owner partakes in these 'festivities' it's amazing the shop remains open. I would recommend avoiding. If you ever need help with anything you'll be waiting as well for a while as they had a habbit of ignoring people. As stated earlier in another review. They will blame other people than take ownership and become incredibly hostile to anyone who thinks negatively of them.

I've been shopping with them for years. I've never had an issue they didn't sort out for me almost immediately. Their Chichester store is lovely.

Poor customer service, always cancelling orders when they realise a book might be 'hot' that week.
They took payment for my last order and then decided not to send me 2 of the books I had paid for. Only received a refund when I complained about not receiving the books, despite them knowing that they hadn't been sent.

Ordered from there last night. Woke up to a full cancellation email blaming Brexit and because I live in Belfast. Didn’t speak to me about this just instant cancellation. I contacted to try arrange something for postage and I have friends in England and conveniently my products have sold out within an hour and a half. Clearly have an issue with northern Irish people, I have been sending and receiving parcels without issue but this company just clearly didn’t want to help me out.
