I made my order then realised there was an error. I phoned Ceylon Supermart and spoke to their employee Rajesh who kindly updated the order with no problems. So kind, polite and helpful customer service. I got a call on the day of delivery to update and my delivery the came that same hour. Perfect service the best I have ever had. Will shop here again, thank you Ceylon Supermart and Rajesh

Good customer service & Fresh products
We ordered some Sri Lankan groceries for the first time from Ceylon Supermart. The vegetables were with higher quality and freshness. We also ordered some jackfruit seeds, but during order fulfilment Mr.Rajesh had noticed the seeds were not in good quality so didn't pack them but to compensate that, he added extra amounts of the other things that we've ordered and was even happy to offer a refund as well. We really appreciate that level of customer service and we will definitely place more orders in the future. :)

This is a great find!
This is a great find! Easy-to-navigate website, nice selection of products (amazing to get ready made short eats!), and good follow-up service with lots of alerts regarding delivery. Bonus points as I was informed promptly that one of the products I’d ordered was out of stock, a replacement was suggested and a complementary product was added to my order to make up for it :)
