Please don’t order any food from this store. They don’t answer your calls or respond back to your emails. I had my order sent with wrong items and also replaced it with expired items!

Disappointed
First time order was really good. A big disappointment on the second order as it was all old stock and some of the bitter Gourd was mouldy and rotten in places.

They went above and beyond to get me a specific product that i wanted from Sri Lanka and kept me in the loop. Delivered on time as promised. Great service and highly recommend.

This is the second time I have made a purchase from this place. I am very happy with the service provided. It was easy to communicate and coordinate the delivery timing so that the products arrive on time and fresh.the quality was super as well.

Extremely unhappy with the service.
Many items I ordered weren't there so they've sent different things as substitute without asking the customer first. Even then one item that was sent as a substitute was expired a year ago. When complained, their response was frozen items can be kept 100 years.
Most expensive item I ordered wasn't included in the order at all. Again without apologising, they are saying it was sent.
I suppose I'll have to raise a dispute with PayPal to get money back for items missing.

The Sothi has leaked from the plastic bag into the container box and also ruined the stringhoppers as well. It should have been packaged better rather than in a plastic bag.

Excellent service,
Contact Ceylon Supermarket as seen them advertise the item I was after else where . Ceylon was 20% direct cheaper than the other place. Ordered, arrived following day which surprised me as it weighed over 15kg. The only reason that there isn't 5 stars is that the packaging wasn't adequate for the weight and was torn. No damage to the item I was purchased.
