Absolutely amazing. Chapeau
A couple of years ago I was a trying to source a 75mm Sirrus/Vita Flow-Set Stem for my 2015 Specialized Sirrus without success. I asked Certini to notify me when the part came back in stock expecting this not to happen due to the age of manufacture & quirky design. I put a standard stem on the bike which didn't have an ideal fit. On 30/07/26 I received an email from Certini informing me that the specific stem was available. I was astonished. I ordered the stem at a cost of £31 which was received within 48 hours & immediately fitted to the bike. Absolutely amazing. Chapeau

I effing love Certini!
I effing love Certini! I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I’ve purchased two bikes from them over the years, as well as so so many parts and accessories — honestly, far too many to even begin to list.
Everything I order is always dispatched and delivered incredibly quickly, their prices are consistently competitive, and they have a fantastic selection of bikes, parts and accessories. Customer service has also always been excellent whenever I've needed to return stuff and for warranty on my bikes.
I’ve also dealt with the staff at the Birmingham store on a number of occasions and they’ve been absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
If you’re a Specialized fanboy like me, Certini is pretty much the only bike shop you’ll ever need. Whether I’m looking for a bike, a genuine Specialized part or just another upgrade that I can convince myself I definitely need, Certini is usually the first place I look.
A genuinely great retailer to deal with and one that I’m very happy to recommend. I’ve spent far too much money with them over the years, which is probably the best endorsement I can give!

Thanks Certini staff- all great.
I noticed a shop soiled specialised bike offer on line. I phoned up and they sent me photos of the very slight dink on the top bar that day. Half price on a fab bike and you can hardly see anything, in fact I could drop it myself and do far worse !
I paid for it online and collected next day, without realising I should have waited for a text to say it was built.
Anyway they had it ready for me in less than an hour including fitting my pedals and even helped lift it in my car.
Service and bike is perfect !

Whilst on Holiday

Shimano 105 160mm crankset
Only place with stock of 160mm Shimano 105 cranksets at an excellent price. These are a second set for my other bike - worked wonders for my agitated patella. Generally, great for Shimano components at competitive prices.

Consistently amazing! The Elite Cycle Store of the UK
I have been a customer of Certini for a few years now and they are consistently excellent. Delivery is fast, with lots of delivery options. Products are of course the best quality on the market and their technical knowledge is amazing when recommending components to be compatible with my bike. I have been lucky to visit two of their stores, the staff are super helpful and friendly. It is by far my favourite store and I am happy to travel the distance to go there over my local.

Outstanding service
Had my derailleur cable snap Halfords said a big job and needed to order parts in Certini took it in immediately and within the hour had it fixed for £21. Outstanding friendly service people who know what they’re talking about
