Great team

Great experience. I recommend calling up and speaking with the knowledgeable staff before ordering your bike. Tell them what you’re looking for and your use.

I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I’m very pleased I made the decision to speak to one of their team because I would not have chosen the most appropriate bike.

The team were patient, were happy to advise me from start to finish. Even arranged a Saturday delivery at the last minute.

Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Super bike

Hi, my bike is super - the help I had over the phone and by email when had difficulty paying online was superb. The staff were so helpful. Most of the bike was set up on arrival and I only had the peddles and handlebars to do...adjust the seat and off you go.
The only bit that could be improved was the delivery - I had two false alarms of delivery days and dates and finally third time lucky I got my bike...so all is well.

Misleading product listing

Misleading product listing

Very disappointed with my order. The Prologo saddle I received is not the same as the saddle shown in the product photos. The saddle shown in the listing clearly has carbon-fibre rails, while the one I received does not.

This is very misleading because I specifically ordered the product based on the pictures and expected to receive the same specification shown. If the actual product has different rails or specifications, the listing should clearly state this and show accurate photos.

I would expect Certini Bicycle Co. to correct the listing and provide accurate information so customers know exactly what they are purchasing.

We have been trying to call you but haven't managed to get through. Please could you let us know your order number as we can't find you on our system with an order for a Prologo saddle.

Incredible deals

I would say buying off certini is a steal, but that's an understatement. The deals I got felt like daylight robbery - the sort that would put prime Robben and Ribery look like amateurs. That's not to mention how quickly my order arrived (albeit that may be down to Royal mail). I'm completely chuffed with the products, packaging and ease of navigation of the website and of checkout.
