Excellent service
The price for the rear light was excellent and the most reasonable I could find on the internet. The item arrived the following morning after ordering which cannot be faulted.

Specialized SL8 pro only 3 months old.
I bought a Specialized SL8 pro in May. A lovely bike went really well but have had issues with it.
Firstly the power meter used a battery almost on every ride as a result the power meter had to be returned to SRAM for them to decide that on a virtually new bike that it was a warranty issue. Bike off the road for more than a week.
Rear brake caliper was in wrong position and slowing bike down.
Gear making noise in lowest gear, an attempted fix was made in the first service and front derailleur was adjusted. The noise continued and then the chain began coming off at the chainset.
Then the back brake pads needed changing and I found that one of the pistons was seized.
This is a £6k bike never taken out in the wet and less than 3 months old.

Need to pay for returns or exchange
Need to pay for returns or exchange. If you will get item which does not fit, it will cost you £5+ every time to return or exchange. Not many shops does that these days

Upgrading Challenges
I was having difficulty upgrading a Praxis E-Ring - Alan gave great support which was deeply appreciated. For me, the strength of an organisation is how they respond and deal with customer's problems - I have no hesitation in recommending Certini - well done all.
