From initial contact to completion
From initial contact to completion, Richard and his team conducted the sale of my property with utmost professionalism. The team were fully aware of the legal progression of the sale at all times, communicating effectively and efficiently with both my and my purchaser's solicitors, which was a great help to me. My request for a deep clean to be undertaken prior to completion was met with calm pragmatism and arranged on my behalf, as I was managing the sale remotely. I can, without hesitation or reservation, highly recommend Cavendish Residential Estate Agents and would happily engage their services again.

I have put my house on the market twice before with Cavendish Manely and for different reasons I have chosen to take if off the market..so when I asked them for a 3rd time to put my house up for sale, I was thinking they wouldn't do it but I have been treated with most upmost respect, my house sold very quickly, I was kept informed at all times, even when I was getting a little stressed about the situation, they always reassured me that the process was in place and the sale was progressing...I would without hesitation recommend Cavendish Manley

Professional with good local knowledge and friendly customer service
Used this agent to sell our relatives house. None of our family lived locally and we were pleased with how they dealt with all viewings with quick feedback, right down to getting a sussessful sale. All the staff were very friendly and professional and really went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely highly recommend as they were the right agents for us and trusted them fully in our absence.
