Friendly, informed staff who volunteer information so the customer understands what choices they are making. Incredibly fast service, and a really helpful chap who delivered as well. My radiator is also rather beautiful. What's not to like?

I found this company while searching for a genuine bespoke cast iron radiator I spoke with there staff & they were so helpful, they gave me a date of delivery & my radiator arrived as expected
Spoke to there technical dept who gave me advice on coupling etc
Overall cannot speak high enough of cast iron radiators 4u

Using the website to find what I was looking for was relatively easy, though it would be great if they had pictures of all the possible finishes there. I ordered over the phone and the person I spoke with was very friendly. My order was delivered earlier than expected ( which was great)

Great radiator. Very well made. Service on phone really good. My only issue was delivery.
Kerb side and the radiator was solid castiron on a pallet so far to heavy for me to move on my own! !

Cast iron radiators for me
First time I have used this company and after a lot of research will go straight to them next time I need new cast iron radiators. Valves and two radiators arrived as indicated ,well packaged and delivery driver polite and helpful whilst products were checked. May not be the cheapest but excellent service and products first class. Only complaint is that with the large Arroll radiator I had to buy the radiator section joining key which was £57 ,will only be used the once whereas other radiators/company's do a refund after you have put the radiator together. Radiators now installed and look brill. May be Company could look at ways of refund for the key which I am sure might make the difference when customers look to purchase . We completely understand the frustration with this particular aspect of the non-refundable joining key, as this is a specific tool that is unlikely to have repeat use.
