Fantastic communication. Easy to work with. I ordered a casket on Saturday and was delivered Sunday. Faster than anybody else, even faster than the funeral home can get one. I saved over $2500.00. Joe was simply awesome. He texted me and called all the way through. Best!

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical given this was my first time buying any casket, and was concerned about buying something like this online (i.e., damage, delays and/or outright being scammed). Needless to say I was VERY pleased by the service, price and communication by Joe. Casket was delivered on-time (to Virginia, with short notice) and in great condition. Highly recommend.

Outstanding pricing, product, communication and delivery. It was so easy to work with Joe who handled all aspects of the process and who was communicative throughout. The casket was beautiful and exactly what we wanted at a very competitive price.

When all other possibilities were exhausted in finding an Xtra large white casket, adorned in gold trimming for my beloved Husband at the last minute, Joe was right on time. Not only did he deliver next day in a punctual and professional manner as promised, he also quoted me a reasonable price that I knew I wouldn't find anywhere else. Working with Joe was an absolute joy. He did all he could for us, when other companies flat out said they could not deliver in time. It was especially hard over a long holiday weekend, but we received our casket in plenty of time. It was beautiful, better than the picture. It was called Tide White, but in reality it looked to me, to be a soft green with pink highlights. Perfect for my mother.

Joe was exceptional, after speaking with 2 other online companies, who couldn’t sell a casket if it was in front of them. We were going back to the funeral home until we came upon Casket Emporium. Joe was professional and fabulous. He explained about the other companies, where they buy from and how many times people call him after talking with them. He not only delivered the casket on time the next day, he texted us pictures of the delivery. This just wasn’t a company we order and a trucking company picks up and delivers .
