I ordered a card online 9th July, seemed legit and deposit NZ250. Received email straight away to advise card would be delivered within 5 working days... It wasnt! So phoned and cancelled card (tried to cancel transaction and get funds back was told I couldnt!). They advised they ordered replacement card and that would take 7-10 days...... Didn't receive that either!!!!! Cant ring them as I dont have a card number! Have sent email but really wondering if this is a scam?

Why do I have to give it a star at all? Three attempts to reload card whilst overseas, three withdrawals from bank but nothing on cards, customer support is hopeless claiming two business days, phone number results in codes being sent to Australian number, no alternative, im over this card

Cash card is rejected by many merchants in Greece including restaurants, supermarkets, accommodation and retail stores. We have been forced to. carry cash due to the card being unreliable.

Have been using a cash passport card for many years now and have literally never had any problems. Always accepted, easy to reload, easy to track spending, fees are reasonable.
And I have never 'cashed out' and paid the fee... why would you when you can move the currency to local and then spend as you feel like when you get home?

Was in France tried to get fuel. Had worked with the same fuel company said declined. Tried again declined unknown card. Got 2 receipts saying 0.0 taken off. Gets home said pending 2 payments of of nearly 250 euros each. Emailed customer services ha. Gave them the address pump no etc coz all on the receipt still nothing.Filled in dispute said can take up to 7 working days. 15+ working days later still pending no answer. Have had this card for years no problems before want my money back once got that then going to withdraw what is left on the card. If I don't get the money back they said that if they take payment then there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately it will have to be legal and small claims court. DON'T GET A card with these lot customer service non existent. Go elsewhere. Good idea in principle of the card but these lot doing absolutely nothing GO ELSEWHERE

Useless card, I endorse all the previous negative comments, only wish I’d read them before I got this stupid card with all its restrictions that just create holiday stress.
To add insult to injury coupled with the transfer fee, the currency conversion rate is so bad you are still 2 to 3% better off using a credit card, their conversion rate is much better than this rip off card.

On Monday 24th April 2023 I got this when I joined ANZ so I can use it when I go away on holidays rather than using my debit card just incase I get scammed.

I'd give no stars if I could. Applied for the card through my branch of Tesco in Reading just two days ago. Received the primary and additional card, money moved from my current account to the card instore and was asked to login to the account when I got home. I've now spent two hours trying to login, rang the contact number. Whilst the person the other end was as helpful as they could be, neither of us could access the account despite trying to use forgotten password as a means of getting in. Utter shambles. The card is going back to Tesco to be refunded to my bank account. Don't even bother folks with this card. You're wasting your time. I'm off to Sainbury's instead. Their card seems to work very well for a mate of mine. Tesco should move away from this card before they see reputational damage to themselves!

They are THE worst! DO NOT RECOMMEND you’re better off informing your bank you’re travelling and just pay the conversion fees seriously. Bank card rejects almost daily “due to maintenance” then I have no choice but to bpay which takes 3-4 business days too bad if I need money today and don’t want to over load it because u can’t get the money back after it’s transferred DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I opened this account and loaded money by BPay through my bank. I topped it up the same way on 14 January and it is now two weeks later and it still has not been loaded on to my travel card.
I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them (while still in Australia) and have sent confirmation of the payment twice. They have not responded to the four emails I have sent and as I am now overseas I do not have the luxury of calling them. I still don't know what they have done with my money and when I will have access to it.
They want the money loaded through their website and I was informed by a 'supervisor' that it would be returned within a few days although a subsequent email advises it will take 14 days.
Absolutely shameless behaviour!!!

Give a good rate of exchange, and don't charge so much on gbp loading ie 2 %

cash passport app is totally rubbish. DO NOT GET.

Terrible service. Pin number given doesn't allow you to draw out anymore than $100. If you do ATM will take card. Can't transfer more than $100 a day once you have your new card. You will need to go into post office and use card from your country to try and transfer money. May not work as my Visa Debit card didn't work. Service desk are not that helpfull. Only provide standard advise and it's different depending on who you talk to. Can't spend more than $100 per transaction so be careful. Would not recommend getting this card.

Absolutely rubbish. This card has zero security, I tried to withdraw $300 cash from a proper bank atm when I travel to San Fran, I had cancelled the transaction because it charges me $3 but instead the transaction has gone thru and have taken the whole sum out of my account. Now I have to fill in a form to dispute it even though I had spoken to the card centre when I’m abroad. They wouldn’t do anything there and then. I would not leave a penny in this card or use this card to pay for anything ever again.

Tried to load money on the card, money came out of the bank straight away, never showed up on the card account. Customer services are useless and ignorant and just tell us it's our banks problem

Had my money held back by petrol pump in France (E270) and this company are doing nothing. Their customer services told me i shouldn't have used the card in a petrol pump.

DO NOT GET ONE OF THESE CARDS

WORST company in the WORLD!!! My card was swallowed by the ATM on holiday 2 weeks ago.... STILL WAITING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! Every time I phone its 3-5 working days AGAIN!!! Thieves!!!

Bought this card for some subscriptions and it allowed one through and then it wouldn't let the rest through. I don't use credit cards and thought this would be good as had to have the money up front to use.
