Excellent Communication from Customer Service
The original case I ordered was out of stock. It took about a week before I was notified. From that point on the customer service department stayed in contact with me regarding when the item would be back in stock or if I wanted to replace my order with something else. When the item came back in stock that excellent communication continued right up until my case arrived.

Description says leather . It is not leather but vinyl leather aka plastic. Misrepresented badly.

PU (polyurethane) leather and other synthetic variations are very common in phone cases, as they offer durability and affordability while still providing a leather-like appearance.
We try to describe our products as accurately as possible, but I apologize if the description was not clear enough in distinguishing between genuine leather and synthetic leather types. Ear bud jack doesn't line up
Unfortunately, the hole for the earphones does not line up with the hole in this case, so I can't use it since I don't use bluetooth headphones.
