My order took longer than expected to ship so I contacted the company online and received an immediate reply explaining the delay and when it will ship.
I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Suteni wallet case years ago and loved it. It saved my iPhone from damage many times. My daughter traded up to the iPhone 17 Max and sold me her iPhone 13 Pro. I mistakenly ordered the Suteni case instead of the wallet and they accepted the exchange and waived the difference.

Waiting and waiting and more waiting
I ordered a case cover 12 days ago and it still has not arrived to me. I wished I just bought the case cover at the phone store as I only saved 5 dollars. The tracking info is also bad as it doesn’t give correct info. It originally said I would have received 3 days ago. Now it is in the next state and it doesn’t give me info on when I will receive it. Hope for waiting this long it arrives in good shape! Buy it at a store and save yourself some grief!! Lost customer in

The case looked nice initially but as soon as we used it, it broke from one side. I have a feeling it was not brand new or maybe we brought broken partially and then broke in my hand. I don’t recommend it

Unique product, excellent quality, shamefully long wait time but good costumer service
The product is extraordinary good, better than my expectations. I understood that delivery will take more time but in the end I had to wait almost 2 months and meanwhile my phone broke and I had to buy a new one. It’s not the company’s fault but the waiting time really was a big issue for me. I got discount though and it was nice costumer service. In the end I received a very special product more special than reflected on the image so I was in the end very happy.
