Casa Bella Furniture Omdömen

Furniture arrived with easy delivery was surprised of the manufacture of the chest of draws as purchased on line and is difficult to see standard of product. A lot of choice but some products have a long delivery time due to supply would use again

Casa Bella is an amazing furniture company! I requested wood samples, and was pleasantly surprised to receive them within 2 days!
Super quality wood; gorgeous colours, fabulous range of furniture to choose from, and at fantastic prices too!
We ordered a lamp table; we had communication from the start to the delivery. The driver gave a precise time for delivery, and was prompt, polite, and curteous.
The table was very well packaged, and its absolutely beautiful.
What a super company! Thankyou very much.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Lovely people in the showrooms, very helpful and never pushy. The quality of the furniture is excellent, so much better than the large national furniture stores. Well worth a visit to the showroom to see for yourself. Delivery was just as good, everything was well packed and delivered on time by two very polite delivery drivers. Highly recommended.

Easy to order, great furniture, great delivery. Ordered some bedroom drawers and a bedside cupboard. Lovely. Lots of info on delivery, arrived when expected, delivery men very helpful and all in all very satisfied with my experience. I have used this company and have always been very satisfied

My 21 year old son was adamant he wanted a mango bed from Casa Bella, I wasn't sure at first, wood is wood, right?
However when the bed arrived in one of their own vehicles, it was clear this was one of those companies who take their products seriously.
We unwrapped it and the smell of the wood was amazing, the colours were lovely as all mango wood is different, we were pleased with ours.
The construction was solid - even the slats were all held together with a thick canvas and assembled on this same held-together rail.
The bed was easy to build and looks lovely in his room. He's now after one of their wardrobes to match.

Ease of ordering. good set to navigate. Great product and great price. Fairly quick delivery.

Great experience through every step from ordering to delivery. Would thoroughly recommend this company. A great product too!

Excellent customer service. I had to cancel my order as I no longer needed the item I was buying. The staff were very understanding and refunded me immediately. I will definitely shop with them again as they have great customer care and their furniture looks beautiful.

We couldn't be happier. The mango wood furniture is absolutely beautiful, it smells glorious too! Delivery was hassle free and the delivery chap was so helpful. Completely thrilled with our experience, thank you 😁

We purchased the Oslo light mango chest of drawers. From start to finish we are have been so impressed with Casa Bella and will definitely be ordering more from this range in the future! The chest of drawers are really well made, feel really solid, the wood is so smooth & tactile and it just looks great. We are so pleased with it.

The Oslo honey mango bench is a lovely, simple design, made from beautiful wood and excellent craftsmanship. We use it as a window seat / low table in our guest bedroom where it enhances the matching eight drawer chest. Very impressive customer service; I added this item as an extra to my original order and the same discount was automatically applied.

We ordered the dark mango wood 8 chester drawers, was quite a wait (we were aware of the wait time) but so worth it - such good quality, spacious drawers and the dark wood looks stunning in our room. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautifully crafted Mango chest of drawers. Great delivery… on time and queries dealt with in a personable manner! Great will be buying more!

Super light mango chest of drawers. What a beautiful colour- far exceeded the sample, I’d originally sent for, actually.
Really solid. Well constructed. Beautiful!
Delivery company that they use was more than amazing .
I’d highly recommend!!!

I was a little skeptical of ordering from here as I wasn't familiar with the site, but I trusted the other reviews and ordered the Mango Wood Drawers. They are beautifully crafted woodwork, rather than flat pack. All we had to add was the legs. Could not be happier!

Love Csssabella furniture, had my eye on products for over a year whilst we renovate flat.
Ordered a dining table and delivered promptly within 7-14 day time slot. We have stairs up to landing & opted for 2 man delivery, kept informed from delivery slot to the day & timecright up to delivery.
There was a chip on the table, not big, but it is brand knew so called, asked to take photo & e-mail....hubby & I swithered as to return as in my "Autistic mind" shouldn't be this way, but then picking it up, delivering another & needed for work as well as dining.
No issue, offered a repair product, which arrived within a few days, worked well, with 3 different ways to repair, fill & buff.

I explained, that I had my eye on a few pieces as we do each room, to which a discount code was offered. We've since bought 2 shelving units for the same room, still waiting on delivery, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Qaulity is good
Independent business
Ethical
And communication is good & they are helpful & can speak to someone, unlike so many businesses these days 😊
