I bought two products
I bought two products. Really pleased with the large upright fridge. It was delivered and installed well.
However, the cooker delivered was not what I’d ordered. On contacting, Carter’s, they confirmed that the details on their website was incorrect. They agreed to change it and install it. However, I had to pay the difference between the two and wait a few weeks for it to arrive. I did think, as a matter of goodwill for my inconvenience ( as I had to be at home for both visits) they might have waived the difference in price.

My mother had a difficult experience with Carters initially, however the situation was restored to a much more positive one. Chris and Deano made all the efforts they could to rectify any problems. Thanks so much, your after sales care has been really good.

We were very distressed to read your review on Trustpilot.
The person who gave you the gas fitter's number was obviously unaware that he has been on holiday for two weeks. This person is a third party gas fitter and not employed by Carters. Had you informed us he had not replied to your messages we would have supplied you with an alternate number.
We are renowned for our outstanding customer service and take any complaints seriously so would appreciate you contacting direct us so we can discuss this further. There is no way we would wish to think of your mother being treated other than with the greatest respect.

I went into the preston Road Brighton…
I went into the preston Road Brighton store on Monday and ordered a new chest freezer that I had seen online. A friendly chap on the desk ordered the freezer for me and arranged for delivery today (Wednseday). Today two strong chaps delivered my freezer to my flat. Packaging all removed and ready to plug and use. The two chaps installed the freezer into the space that I had cleared for it. It was a tight squeeze and there is no way I could have done it myself. So big thanks to the delivery guys and to the chap at the shop that ordered it for me. Really pleased with the product which is almost ready for my first froozen food delivery. I will definitely use Carters again for my kitchen appliences. Thank you. JC

I had another amazing shopping…
I had another amazing shopping experience with Rob at Carters! 👏 Outstanding customer service and installation from start to finish. Didn't break the bank either - they price match the big retailers, so I saved some cash. I bought all my white goods and a Samsung TV from them, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend popping in and supporting your local store - the team are class and really know their stuff.

Washing machine delivery & installation
I recently ordered a washing machine from Carters in Hayward Heath. The service was excellent. I chose to have my old washing machine removed & the new on installed. My utility room is tiny but the delivery man had no problem at all. Was extremely helpful & cheery. I wouldn’t use any other company for my electrical goods

Carters are helpful & professional, from purchasing to installation, would recommend them
 Went to Carter’s last week to look at washer dryers, go to Simon who was very helpful and professional, he advised the machine I required was in stock and they could install and deliver deliver the 18th February.
The guys delivering called me to advise they were on their way, Adam the fitter was very helpful very professional and Toby who came with him was also very helpful.
They made sure everything was working correctly tidied up & took away all the rubbish.
Would certainly recommend Carter’s friendly professional helpful everything you want from purchasing two installation.
I would definitely use them again
