Cargus Omdömen 

Daca as putea, as da cu -, sunteti cea mai proasta firma posibila, cu cei mai nesimtiti si nepoliticosi angajati.

I ordered something from Altex and it was supposed to arrive on 30th of September via Cargus. Even though I received a message from Cargus that it would be delivered on the 1st of October, today is the 2nd and I still haven't received it.

Anyway, I contacted Cargus customer support, and was greeted with one of the most impolite support agents I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. They weren't able to provide any concrete information and they kept stalling. One of the worst experiences I've had with a courier service.

Am comandat 2 anvelope de la Altex, magazin care are contract cu firma de curierat CARGUS.
La 2 zile primesc mesaj de la Altex ca mi s a livrat coletul. Cand ajung acolo, doar o anvelopa livrata..
Urmatoarea zi primesc SMS de la Cargus ca a doua anvelopa va fi livrata in decursul zilei respective.
La 16:45, primesc alt SMS ca pachetul e in depozit fiindca livrarea nu s a putut efectua.
Mentionez ca eu am selectat un magazin Altex unde anvelopele sa fie predate, nu adresa mea personala. Acel magazin inchide la ora 22:00 nu pana in 16:45.
Nu recomand Cargus nici dusmanilor mei.

Cea mai neplacuta si neprofesionala experienta cu aceasta firma de curierat (ca sa fiu diplomat in exprimare) in Fagaras. Am primit un colet cu livare la domiciliu (serviciu platit de altfel), pentru care a trebuit sa ies in strada undeva intr-o intersectie si sa preiau coletul (pe ploaie), am sa il citez pe curier "daca vreau sa iau coletul bine, daca nu merg sa il iau, el il duce la sediu si sa merg dupa el acolo, ca nu este obligat sa il livreze la usa, poate sa vina la scara blocului (ceea ce a si facut)". Chiar daca eu am fost amabil, politicos si constructiv, nu am avut cu cine sa vorbesc (din pacate nu pot sa dau numele curierului aici, am facut si o reclamatie pe site-ul lor, dar nu cred ca se va lua vre-o masura cand ei duc lipsa de curieri). Nu recomand aceasta firma si nicioadata nu am optez pentru serviciilor lor.

The worst delivery company from Romania, the couriers do whatever they want, they call you 2 minutes before they arrive and if, god forbid, you are at work, they deliver your order outside the Bucharest.

Cea mai neserioasa firma de curierat! In 2025 sa faci o comanda pentru curier sa vina sa ridice comanda, si in decurs de 4 ZILE sa nu te contacteze NIMENI?
Sa iei legatura cu cei de la call center si sa nu poata sa te ajute ??? Mi-a dat 2 numere INCORECTE de telefon. Slab! Nu recomand!

I ordered shoes from a store because I urgently needed them the day after the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, the courier lied, claiming he couldn’t reach me, even though I had called and messaged him first thing in the morning. After that, I went through endless conversations with support agents, who also kept misleading me day after day. Six days later, the package was finally delivered—despite me already notifying them that I no longer needed it. A support agent even confirmed she had created a return request. Honestly, it feels like no one there actually works for the company.

Cargus nu ne a anunțat cand vine pachetul, doar am primit un telefon de la curier ca vine intr o ora. Cum nu eram acasă l am rugat sa il lase la vecina. A refuzat spunând ca ii se termina ziua de lucru si nu se duce.
Mi a spus ca o sa fie lăsat intr-un box Ship &Go aproape de locuința mea, dar a fost lăsat la o cutie in afara Bucureștiului.
Este a doua oara cand curierul de la Cargus este necooperant. Prima oara, curierul a refuzat sa urce sa ia un pachet de 20 kg motivând ca nu poate lasa masina.

These are pure vermin. Scammers. They do NOT have any option to contact them when you have an issue with their system, Customer support hangs up the phone in your face saying they do not have capability to support with orders and they send you to chat, where in CHAT, you do not have any possibility to be assisted by support. It's a big joke. You should be INSANE to ever pay these animals for a service which is disastrous. Also I paid in advance and did not get my money back. I will file a legal dispute.

Niciun fel de informatie pe tracking ul de pe awb.

Cea mai urâtă experiență. Se învârt în cerc în "încercarea" de livrare.

I was waiting for an urgent envelope. I received message in the morning that it will be delivered today. I waited all the day and no phone call from them. In the evening when I checked again the status on their site it was "Delivered".
I open a complain and I wait.

worst experience, i paid an emergency fee and in fact it was not delivered as promised. i paid for nothing emergency fee. I will never use again Cargus and I do not recomment it

Nici măcar o stea mică nu merita!
Sunt foarte neserioși. Am vrut să trimit un colet și nu a venit nimeni să l ridice , în zona Harghita ! Am făcut și comenzi online și produsele nu au ajuns la destinatar !
Dacă vrei să suni la serviciul clienți îți răspunde un robot cu care nu rezolvi nimic . Aveți grijă !

Am un colet din data de 18.08.2025 în depozit la Cargus. Zilnic se răspunde ca va fi livrat mâine!
Și bineînțeles nu răspunde nimeni la sesizări

Este cel puțin a 3 oară când se întâmplă asta și nu se iau măsuri! Dacă ar fi posibil le-aș data O steluțe! Indolenta maximă!

Cea mai de rahat experienta o veti avea cu cargus, de la livrarile la domiciliu pana la cele de la pick up point. Pentru cele cu livrare la domiciliu trebuie sa suni de minim 10 ori in zile diferite si iti zice curierul "da vin intr o ora" sau "in 20 min ajung" si vine dupa 3 zile, iar cele de la pick up, de ultima speta, daca e gresita o cifra in nr de telefon, SURPRIZAAA, nu poti sa iti primești coletul, NICICUM! Trebuie sa astepti o saptamana sa plece din rahatul lor de locker si apoi sa mergi la naiba in praznic la depozitul lor care se afla la 10km de oras, sa il iei :) experienta de rahat, firma de rahat. Nu recomand si asta e ultima oara cand ma incurc cu firma voastra. Voi face si plangere la ANPC.

Their customer service is invisible, I called them and they redirected me to send email or chat, chat is only bot and I get no help, I made a order, paid it, and in 2 days I get information that the order was cancelled because of no payment, while the payment was confirmed, I got absolutely no help. It is a shame that they are so against providing help.

Am primit e-mail ca pachetul a fost redirectionat catre o locatie ship and go, fara sa fiu contactata telefonic pentru livrare la adresa. Am mers la punctul respectiv, insa nu aveau pachetul meu. In cursul zilei an primit alt e-mail cum ca a fost redirectionat la expeditor. Am incercat sa vorbesc prin call center dar mi-a raspuns o doamna sictirita care a zis ca ea doar preia comenzi si mi-a inchis telefonul in nas. Numarul de telefon din comanda a fost corect, lucru confirmat prin discutia pe chat!

Dezastruos! Fugiti de ei, isi bat joc de oameni, ajungem sa ne rugam de ei pe banii si timpul nostru, nu pot fi contactati, nu ofera minim de suport, isi cheama clientii in Dragomiresti sa isi ia coletele, mint ca au fost la domiciliu! Oribil, batjocura si zero bun simt, respect, profesionalism! Doamne-fereste sa ai de rezolvat o speta mai complexa! Nu vor, nu stiu, nu le pasa! Nu am avut vreodata asa o experienta CU NICIO COMPANIE!

Worst courier in the whole country. What a joke to get a package delivered by this bunch of clowns. The whole experience has been shambles and I haven’t even received the package yet. I have to go and collect it myself somewhere almost 2hrs drive from my place. No phone number to speak to anyone. Absolute rubbish. You better close the company.
