Curierii in București (sector 1) nici măcar nu sună la interfon!!! Nu livrează coletele - motivând că n-au unde să oprească, nu pot să ducă, etc. cel mai neprofesionist serviciu!!!
Este deja a doua oară când se întâmplă - plătesc un serviciu care nu este făcut!!!!

Agreed with the curier and received confirmation over the phone that the package will be postponed and delivered in 2 days, instead he had "retried" to deliver it the following day although he knew I am not avaialble. It got redirected straight to warehouse outside Bucharest 15 km away without any posibility to redirect from the application. Ridiculous! You should be ashamed with such a terrible service. Avoid at all costs unless like me you have no choice because of the sender's choice.

Reprezentantul vostru azi a sunat cand era deja la locatie, nu am putut iesi imediat din sedinta.

vad acum ca ati trimis email dar este luni, dupa Sfanta Maria si am peste 150 de emailuri necitite.

Nu am avut niciodata de-a face cu atat de multa obraznicie de la un curier. L-am rugat sa se intoarca, contra cost, si a tinut sa imi dea o lectie. Mi-a zis ca oricum nu aveti ce sa ii faceti.

In their mail they wrote that the package will be put in the nearest Ship&Go spot if I am not home when delivered. They sent the package to the warehouse 10km away where I had to go to pickup in 5 days. Horrible service. No option to choose the delivery date or nearest Ship&Go spot.

Always on time, no problems at all. I live in Sibiu, Romania, I received quite a number of packages through them and I always had very good experiences. The application is also very helpful

This company is not deliverying you packages and they just send it to the warehouse and asks you to pick it up in max 5 days. In a big city, Like Bucharest, you will have to go outside the city to pick-it up. You cannot get in contact with any person working for this company. I strongly advice to avoid working with this company. I will defenetly avoid ordering any products online if Cargus is the company to deliver it.

The guy who came to deliver package stole 100 ron from me. I gave him the money and he pretended they were 100 ron less... I have checked several times before he came and the money were counted correctly and it was the correct ammount. When I was not looking he „palmed” 100 ron and pretended I counted incorrectly.

Worst delivery company in the world. I don't recommend it at all. This company is a joke and should disappear from the market!

worst delivery possible...they kept my packgage and sent ot back although the adress was perfectly written on it. Twice. Once it goes back into the depozit they dont give it back-its their rule- even if you want to pay. useless piece of shit delivery.

This is the second time this courier company has not sent me any text message or email regarding the delivery day, let alone the time slot. In addition, Cargus does not deliver the package the next day if it failed to deliver it the first day. It sends you directly to the warehouse the first day!
Of course, getting in touch with a person from the company was impossible. They have two phone numbers but no one answers. They only contacted me by email, the day after I wrote them three emails and told them that, according to the law, they are obliged to notify me and bring the package to my home! Any courier company is obliged to come to my home twice in a row!

The worst company out there, why in the world would anyone want to use them. They seem like they hire all the incompetent fools to be aligned with their ignorant policies.

Delivery guy called me, asked for the more specific address, and then just disappeared. A bit later i received a notification that my package was redirected to SHIP&GO ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CITY!!! Idiots.

Mobile application and website don't work properly if you want to do the whole thing yourself and not over the phone (i tried New Parcel 4 times, each time, once the payment went through, details on the expedition had changed to something else - like pick up date changed to the next day, etc). Had to do it with a consultant in a call center and they hung up on me in the middle of it.

Bună ziua! Ieri trebuia să fie livrat coletul, nu m-a sunat nimeni, iar azi când m-a sunat am zis ca nu e nimeni la locație decât în 10 minute să revină mai târziu, nu poate ca pleacă la Mediaș, în regulă când vă întoarceți, dna nu ma mai întorc, zic bine atunci mâine și îmi închide, iar acum primesc mail cum ca a fost încercată livrarea și ca coletul va sta în depozit 5 zile 🤦🏻‍♀️

Time and time again they disrespect delivery times, refuse to answer any form of communication and sidestep any accountability. I had a package being delivered to me just today; it was scheduled to be delivered and was out of the warehouse when I woke up. By noon it was back in the warehouse and when I managed to get a hang of one of their drivers by asking a local business owner to call them for me, they just said I should wait until Monday, because of course the shittiest delivery service in the country also doesn't work in weekends.

Dead end. Do not even consider it an option. It doesn't exist. Or maybe just shouldn't.

the box arrived extremely damaged and the pieces were super fragile too. luckily the parts weren't damaged, but the box looked as if it's been sat on by a pig
