Car Body Panels 4U Omdömen 

I ordered panels for a 350z, which given the car age aren't that easy to get. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the panels which was noticed before it was dispatched. As a result it had to be ordered from the manufacterer, so there was some delay. However, the customer service was great and the entire situation was explained to me, with realistic timelines as to when I could expect the panels to arrive. All in all it was a good service and good value for money.

Staff were helpful and extremely knowledgable when I spoke to them on the telephone. The service from ordering the parts I needed to arriving at my home was very efficient and punctual. They couldn't have been more helpful.

All the panels I ordered arrived on time allowing progress on my car to mot for summer :)

What i liked about , dealing with this company ,is if there is complication to resolve , they do make contact ,and problems sorted , great in this day and age 11

Avoid like the plague!

I wish I'd read the previous reviews before ordering. Parts weren't ordered when they said they were (on more than one occasion), huge delays to our customer who the parts were for and our business as a whole. The customer service is atrocious. If you're lucky enough that they actually answer the phone to you, the owner just makes up what he thinks you want to hear, not the facts, which causes further issues. Communication is non-existent and as a business we have never known service like it.

Part came within a few days as promised but did not receive any text or email to say when and approximately what time it was coming. Fortunately I was in when part arrived or would have had to pay for rede livery.

Dealing with Shivun has been a pleasure. Very accommodating.

Looked online to order a wheel arch , and got totally confused so I called them, man on the phone was an absolute diamond. He went beyond expectations. Sorted my part out and called me back twice to make sure I was happy before I purchased. Will definitely be ordering again.

I needed an Off/Side Outer and Inner Sill for my Ford Granada MK3 Estate which had failed the MOT due to corrosion. I ordered these from Car Body Panels 4U via their website on the 6th October 2022.

I received a call from Customer Services the next day telling me that there was a two week delay in being able to supply the Inner Sill. I spoke to the bodyshop where the vehicle was in for repair and they said they would probably not need this so I went ahead and just confirmed the order for the Outer Sill.

This arrived a few days later, on the 12th October 2022 well protected against damage and is currently being fitted.

I was promised a refund in respect of the cost and VAT of the Inner Sill that was no longer required but this has not yet been received.

Panel arrived 8 days after placing the order kept promising it’ll be in the next couple of days. Panel was good quality and considering it’s non gen didn’t fit too bad (I’ve had a lot worse).

A very supportive team who went above and beyond to be able to supply a difficult part to source that I absolutely needed for my car to pass mot.
