Avoid like the plague!

Ordered volvo s40 panels on 31st August for a customer as we are a family run Business, Web site was showing stock and 2-3 day delivery. No parts delivered to date, very poor communication when I enquired about parts and requested a refund. Shivun has not been very helpful and told me anything but the truth, blame was passed to his own accounts department for not refunding my money, which I'm still waiting for and now having to take this matter further to retrieve my money. I've had to apologise to my customer for the very lack of service from this company who was quick enough to take my money and not delivery the goods. I will not be using this company again, this has to be the worst experience I've had in all my years of Trading.
Don't even respond to emails and it's unlikely that they answer the phone too.
Shocking customer services.

The wrong panels were ordered and luckily not dispatched before the mistake was confirmed, they refunded without drama, brilliant!

Part was not in stock as promised took to long to supply and didn't even refund my next day delivery price. Paid a lot of money for this and could have got a lot cheaper elswhere. This is probably a cheap part with expensive price.

Very friendly and helpful company. My experience was just a tad tarnished by the delays in delivery - but this appeared to be caused by customs rather than the company being at any fault.

Rang me when they were unable to deliver and gave me new date.
Arrived as promised but was damaged in transit. Suggest the carrier takes more care.

So why do advertise panels for smart cars when you don't stock any?

It took seven weeks for my panels to arrive but at least I can look forward to getting my green Vauxhall Astra atlas e-drive back on the road after 23 months in storage !

Edited: The company bent over backwards to sort out my issue and now i have my order. I dont blame Carbodypanels4U so much as DX couriers who failed to attempt delivery twice and returned the order to sender.

The website and ordering process was excellent but my order took far too long to be dispatched despite the items being in stock. Most frustrating was the delivery process where the courier claimed it to be able to deliver but there was someone at home all day. I still don't have my order as it is now on its way back to the seller. I emailed them but have yet to get a response.
I'll happily change my rating if my problem is resolved but right now I'm unimpressed.

Where do I start!! Please AVOID!!!!! What’s a disaster of a company, take your money but you never receive your order and when you call they tell you lies and I had to call about 12 times and 4 months went past I finally got a refund but that was a struggle. I ordered a bonnet for my truck and was told it was sent out but never received it so called them and they said it had got lost?? So would send a other one and that never arrived after 3 weeks called again and they said I had to pay a extra £50 for better postage?? Which I had already paid £25 for postage so now a total of £75 for postage so they said they had sent a other one out but still didn’t receive it and said it had been damaged again??? So they said they would send a other one this is now the 4th one that was suppose to be sent out and still never received it. I called again and again and asked for a refund but was told they would call me back but never so I had to keep calling and calling to finally get my money back but this place it was joke and a disaster of a company. PLEASE AVOID!!!
