Alhamdulillah I completed the Umrah with my mother and Caravan Tours&Travel was instrumental in ensuring a smooth, hassle-free and stress free visit. My situation had additional constraints like myself flying into India just two days prior to our Umrah travel and my mother essentially on wheelchair; I needed services wherein i did not have to bother about visa, tickets, stay at Harmain, about taxi, about ziyarat arrangements and Alhamdulillah Caravan Tours&Travel thankfully ensured all this meticulously for me. Additionally, the assigned individuals were just a call away for even the simplest (and sometimes naive!) queries i had. Adnan was very helpful. Simple yet efficient communication and no messing around. I applied for Umrah eVisa which wasn’t accepted for some reason, then I applied for eVisa waiver which again wasn’t accepted. I read that people called Mohammed often get rejected for some reason. Then I read that Umrah Visa would work and Adnan got it approved and sent to me within 20 hours of applying 🔥 would highly recommend this brother to anybody going hajj or umrah. We had a really hard time with several agencies trying to apply for an Umrah visa, we even travelled 4 hours to the tasheer Visa centre in London, which was a waste of time for us and we were left with so much more uncertainty after going there🤦‍♀️ My husband is not a UK citizen but had residency so the getting the visa was more complex for us, anyway, I found these guys after a quick search of approved visa agencies, contacted them and even though we were slow on our side, within hours we got the visa. Bhai Adnan was really professional, straight to the point, honest and super attentive. He made sure everything was on point to avoid any problems and he was the only one who told us about our flight dates needing changing due to Dhul Qidah. Even when I kept questioning things, he had pure adab and a professional approach, the price was very reasonable as well. May Allah ﷻ reward him for his work and for him being one of our means to heading towards Umrah. امين يا رب. Highly recommend.
