Don’t buy from here they probably don’t have it!
I ordered my products and then got an order confirmation. This item would be delivered in 2-4 days and you could track the order through the app ‘Shop’ i then download the app to try and track my order which i couldn’t find anywhere and then I decided to email the customer service. I received a reply saying your item isn’t in stock and won’t be until August 24th which i was never notified about when ordering it. Also it said there was 8 In stock at the time i ordered it. This business seems completely unorganised and wouldn’t recommend at all.

To clarify: you placed your order on 8th July, and we processed a full refund on 9th July, once we realised that while the speakers were in stock, the brackets required for your specific vehicle were not available. Unfortunately, the product page displayed the stock level for the main speakers only, and not for the bundled accessories — we understand how this led to confusion and frustration.
We also regret that the ‘Shop’ app didn’t provide clarity during that short window before your refund was issued — that’s something we’ll look into improving.
Please rest assured: we never aim to mislead, and we refunded your order proactively rather than keeping you waiting. We're working on making our stock feeds clearer to avoid issues like this in future.

The company took payment then cancelled the order within an hour saying the item had been discontinued & was no longer available… I haven’t got a clue how that can happen..??? Still waiting for a refund 17 days later.

You will get ignored by customer service
I attempted to buy a stereo and double din adapter kit for my car. The stereo was no longer in production so was swapped for a more recent model. The adapter kit, although showing it was in stock, I was told it was out of stock and any communication about it has been ignored, Including an email that contained two questions then when replied to contained no mention of the adapter kit. Also ignored was my request to cancel the order and begin a refund and when attempting to phone the customer service, despite the website saying available until 6pm I was greeted with a completely unprofessional and aggravating sad trombone sound effect and a message saying the actual available times are until 5pm

I recently purchased a Pioneer head…
I recently purchased a Pioneer head unit and fitting kit for my sister-in-law’s Audi A3. After installation, I encountered some interference through the speakers. A quick call to the Car Audio Centre put me in touch with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who quickly resolved the issue. The Pioneer unit now works seamlessly with the car’s Bose system, delivering excellent sound quality—and she now enjoys the convenience of wireless CarPlay. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Terrible service
Brought a sub and amplifier kit from them. Arrived in good time. Upon fitting the amplifier was faulty. Straight into protect mode. I am a electrical tech by trade, I checked for shorts ect and even put the amp on my lab power supply indoors and same so item was definitely faulty.
I sent it back for testing and now won't return my emails. It's now been 3 months and no reply. Absolutey ridiculous service.

Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company. First of all they sent me the wrong stuff, and then trying to get through to customer service well no chance. Very poor aftercare service. Sat on returning my money for a month. So I went o Halfords in the end and got a much better deal. Avoid this company, don’t be taken in by the voice over on the endless loop you have to listen to trying to get through to customer service. In a world where we are used to best practice customer like eBay, John Lewis etc there really is no excuse for service like this.
Sending the wrong kit or replacing kit with stuff I didn’t ask for, or was asked first about is just plain bad manners. Having to call a company every day because no one is answering the phone is appalling. This whole experience with them has soured my whole buying experience with them.

Not as good as they used to be.
I must commend the sellers for their service and price of this product although the seller is not responsible for the shortcomings of this item or its functionality.
I bought a pioneer Car stereo and unfortunately they don't care for attention to detail as manufacturers once did.
The plastic finish is poor, attracts dust and is easily marked by fingernail. The volume when adjusted gives off noise which is prominent especially through the sub output.
Not sure where to go with this now, the adjustments that are available when it comes to processing the sound exceeds facilities available with other manufacturers and this is the only reason I've decided to keep this product.

The unit you purchased is significantly cheaper than models from years ago, so comparing it to an older unit that may have cost twice as much isn’t really a fair comparison.

Selling an item they dont have in stock or don't know when they will be.
Ordered an in phase 4000w wiring kit, took money and gave me a date it would be here. A week later still nothing sign of it so contacted them and asked for an update to be told they are out of stock and don't know when they will be getting them. But shows on there site 4 in stock. They then said they could change the kit to another one which they sent me a link to look at and it's was much cheaper and only 1800w I said. That's not going to power the amp and its not what i paid for the other kit what will happy do u get a refund the difference, they then said it should power it but to be sure we will give you the next kit up which us 2400w. I still wasn't completely happy over the matter how long would they have left it to contact me or just left it. They ignored my emails saying I wasn't happy with what has happened.

Your site still still showing 4 in stock, also when you offered me a different kit was cheaper so asked what would happen with the price difference amd would a 1800w kit be ok as the other was 4000w, the only reply I got was it should be. Which was not the answer I was hoping for as I don't want to damage a new amp. Then was offered the next one up 2500w which still wasn't sure if this was ok still and £2 more which is the lease you can do after waiting a week and nothing until I contacted you asking where my order was. Even now I don't know if that's ok still to this point as I don't want to damage a new in phase amp.

Not up to date, drove 9 miles and 3 speed limits were above on snooper than signed limit.
Says on your site free updates , not true £69 , doesn't say for how long, cost of update.
Shouldn't have bought. Only good point is large display showing accurate speed.

The data that comes pre-installed on these units is several years old by the time it reaches you. Since the units are manufactured in China, then shipped (which can take up to 3 months), and stored in our warehouse before being sold, the mapping and speed limit information may no longer be up to date. This is why we strongly recommend updating your device as soon as you receive it to ensure you have the latest, most accurate data.
You can easily update your device for free via the Snooper Neo website. We have checked, and there is no charge for updates on your model. The £69 fee you mentioned is for Truckmate updates, which apply only to truck-specific navigation systems, not the unit you purchased.

Je constate que maintenant que vous aviez pas mal d'avis négatif. Et j'aurai sûrement dû regarder avant de commander chez vous. Je suis venu vers vous en amont pour des informations sur un produit que vous vendez sur Ebay. Un kit commandé au volant. J'ai échangé avec vous avant commande pour savoir la compatibilité. Vous m'aviez demandé des références que je vous ai envoyé photos a l'appui.
Convaincu j'ai passé commande. Je reçois mon colis et le contenu n’à rien à voir avec l'annonce sur Ebay. En effet sur l'annonce, un boîtier carré , sur la boîte reçu également un boîtier carré, mais à l'intérieur un boîtier rond (déjà utilisé, je précise et des fiches différentes.
Je vous ai fais remonter l'information. Photos à l'appui. votre réponse à été la suivante : "C'est le fabricant qui a changé le boitier"
Le soucis est entre vous et le fabricant, ce n'est pas mon problème !!
J'ai commandé et payé pour un produit bien précis.
Il aurait fallu faire une vérification avant envoi pour vérifier di c'était le bon produit.
Ou alors le stipuler dans votre annonce. Exemple : Photos non contractuelles, ou il se peut que le boîtier soit différent, ect...des informations importantes pour l'acheteur.
Je vous ai demandé l’envoi du boîtier comme dans l'annonce. Vous persistez à me dire que c'est le bon modèle, alors que vous le dites vous même, le fabricant change les boîtiers.😅
J'ai demandé un remboursement, et un bon de retour, en vain!!

Placed an order two weeks ago and got an order confirmation but then nothing. No shipping notification, no update to say it was waiting on stock / out of stock so I followed up with an email enquiry and still nothing.

I made a order for a speed camera online and made a mistake with the postal address that it was meant to be sent. I informed them straight away and they told me they had sorted it. But my item never came.
I rang them and they told me it had gone to the wrong address.
They told me that i would need to sort it out myself. I had to call the people at the other address and pay for the delivery myself.
Shame on you car audio centre.
