An absolute arse of a company. Rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful in the extreme. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for when things don't go to plan. Be very watchful of what you order and what you receive; they may not be the same. Then the troubles begin.....

The second time I've brought aftermarket stereo adapters from Dynamic Sounds and both times the service, delivery time and products have been faultless. Recent purchase was a full aftermarket kit including Stinger double DIN stereo, Connects2, DAB/GPS aerials/adapters and fascia trim adapters. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent service, I emailed asking which of their products would best suit my requirements, they asked for photos and then provided me with the perfect solution. Rated only a four and not a five for 2 reasons, 1, the instructions were a little confusing, at first read, it seemed I would have to cut some wires but opted to try it first and see, result no cutting necessary and 2, same loom is available on line at half the price. That said, I'm happy to pay the extra price for their prompt help and assistance. Delivery was quicker than prdicted too! Hoghly recommended!!

Amazing customer service!
We bought a head unit with fixing kit, through no fault of anyone, there were a few technical issues. We contacted customer service and were talked through the issues on the phone in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend this company!

I bought a speaker upgrade kit for VW Lupo. Harman JBL Stage 1 62 + fitting kit for Lupo.

Despite not being in mainland UK the kit arrived quickly and without additional postage charges. Well packaged and presented.

You may need to obtain more M4 screws in order to fit a kit like this - the screws supplied are a bit long at 30mm. The original speakers are integrated into a collar which is pop-riveted to the inside of the door. The pop rivets need to be drilled and the stubs knocked out. I used the supplied clips along with separately-sourced M4x20 screws to fit the replacement collars to the doors and M4X20 screws to attach the speakers to the collars. It took me about an hour and a half to do this and it was well worth it. Very pleased!

Informative website made it easy to order correct parts and delivery was next day, all packaged up nicely. Very pleased with my new car-play head set.

When I sent requests for advice about fitting problems for the new Kenwood head unit the replies from Mem were succinct but excellent with a fast reply and accurate advice.
Also when I enquired about what was needed in the first instance the reply was also fast and accurate.

Very helpful and responsive, a difficult problem with steering controls that another company fobbed off, they are really trying to help

JVC CarPlay replacement for Mitsubishi Outlander head unit was well packaged and received on time.
The staff at Wandsworth retail unit and garage very helpful and impressed me with their technical expertise.
They also provide installation service.

I initially emailed with some queries and DynamicSounds answered everything before I'd even spent any money.

Once arrived, (in less than 24 hours!) I ran into a slight issue. My skill issue... I emailed the sales and technical address; once again every question answered.
