In response to my review, the refund has now been processed. I am now content - and the dishwasher is performing well.

I was quite happy with the sale and delivery of our new dishwasher. However, we were sold an electrical connection kit with it that was not actually needed. When I brought the connection kit back to the store, I was obliged to wait 20 minutes while the salesperson 'tried to get ahold of his manager'. I was subsequently told that my credit card would be credited for the cost of the connection kit. It has now been 2 weeks and no credit has been issued. My efforts to resolve the matter via calls and emails have been ignored. I will now actively discourage friends and family from shopping here.

Devon at the Windsor location was very helpful in finding the appliances I needed. Do your research and compare prices as I saw my range much cheaper at Home Depot the day after I had my appliances delivered.

In July 2021
In July 2021, Purchased a LG washer at Canadian Appliance Source, good price, good delivery, 4 year extended warranty. All was well till the washer stopped working. Very difficult to get service. service man came after 2 weeks, No showed a couple of times, did not have the right parts, came back 2 weeks later with parts but decided that the washer is not repairable.
Called CAS. unable to speak to anyone in Canada, always transfered to Mauricius, unable to get proper answer,
After a month with no washer, Still do not know if and when issue will be resolved.

I was very upset re delivery of the…
I was very upset re delivery of the dishwasher. I wasn't ever told they would simply deliver the dishwasher, never unpack it etc. Maybe I didn't read the instructions well enough . However the issue was resolved but the parameters of the delivery for the dishwasher must be made clearer.Thankfully yesterday the plumber connected the dishwasher, tested it 3xs to make sure it worked. So far so good as it was used last night. Communication re delivery of dishwashers needs to be made clearer.

I wanted a certain microwave and could not find at any other stores without quite a long delivery date. These guys ordered for me and said it would be 4 days which was great but got a call the very next day and said come pick it up. Wow thanks for the service I received.
