I wish I could say nothing but nice things …
I wish I could say nothing but nice things about this company, but I simply can't. I had a thoroughly horrible experience with them and as a result, will never deal with them again.
Unfortunately, right from day one when the delivery company dropped off the fridge, I had issues. The doors were uneven, the fridge rolled forward whenever I tried to open the door, the fridge door stuck closed, and the refrigerator side would only cool to 49 degrees F. In other words, I received a lemon. The sales rep was never available to speak to and the different people I did speak with couldn't have been less helpful and clearly didn't communicate with one another.
Never again! They are very good at taking your money though.

Discovered washer was not plugged in. Had to move ourselves. We are seniors and husband has heart issues. So much for free installation. All good now.

Flawless service from beginning to end.…
Everything went flawlessly from beginning to end. Our salesperson Anamika was great she provided us with fast and friendly service. She answered all of our questions and told us everything that we needed to know about dishwashers. The delivery was first thing in the morning, they called ahead with their arrival time. They were on time and very pleasant. They opened the box for us and then took away our old dishwasher. All done with quick and courteous service. So far we are happy with our KitchenAid dishwasher. It cleans well like it is suppose to and it is really very quiet.

Azal was great. We told him what our needs were regarding a new refrigerator and he came up with a nice French door, bottom freezer unit that fit our needs perfectly. We've now had the fridge for a week and are very happy with it.

Delivery team needs work
Our sales representative, Vicky, was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions to get us exactly what we were looking for. The delivery team came before the estimated time, which was not good as no one was awake. They did come back during the time window. Appliances were delivered and installed as required. However, there was no final instructions, ie - they did not inform us that the dryer did not require outside venting. Instruction manual and some included parts and tools for the washer were just left on a random shelf without any word as to where they were left.

Back ordered. No one inform me until I call.
Placed an order for a Maytag washer, waited until the delivery day just to find out that the washer is back ordered. Replaced with another brand/model, delivered, the delivery guy wouldn't connect the extension drain hose.
