Sales are good...delivery is bad
Sales person are very good..but delivery is not on time...they gave me date and time window...never cover up the time window...1 and half hour late then time window.

David the Sales Person was wonderful
David the Sales Person was wonderful. The delivery not so. The gentlemen delivered the appliance but were not going to level the washing machine if I did not say something. They then only leveled it front to back and said that people only level it one way. They left. The manual that was in the machine when I bought it was not delivered. I called about this immediately both to David and to customer service but have not yet received a call back. I want the hardcover Manuel thank you.

They didn’t take their garbage left everything in my driveway. The salesman didn’t tell me that there was a fee or advise me now I have to break up all the boxes.
