Campervan finder was extremely helpful, in particular James. He was able to accomodate me with all my requirements and found me the best price. I would recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Beware this company
Beware this company. In the background this is a KIWI company and international fees for money conversion are added.
On the surface everything seems fine but there is minimal communication and exhorbident fees. READ all infomation before you take the plunge with them. I had to cancel for valid medical reasons that were completely ignored. As a result they would not refund my deposit and added additional "cancellation fees". I was out of pocket over $1000.
To add salt to the wounds, I should have read the writing on the wall, when they stuffed up the booking and delayed availability of a vehicle by two weeks with no compensation to me. But they certainly want their money for nothing for cancellation. BEWARE!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We take feedback very seriously and always try to improve our service.
Please be aware that you cancelled your motorhome less than 14 days before pick up. Since you made the reservation, the vehicle was several weeks blocked for you and nobody was able to reserve it. The supplier even denied requests of potential customers as you travelled during a very busy time (European school holidays).
Without cancellation fees an effective fleet management would be impossible and suppliers would have a high risk of taking a loss or go out of business.
Our cancellation fees were clearly indicated to you before you paid the deposit and reserved the vehicle. It is common pocedure to charge cancellation fees before pick up with every single supplier all around Australia & New Zealand.
You also had an advantage that you booked your vehicle through us (campervanfinder) as the supplier Austosleepers charges 50% cancellation fees 14 days before pick up. Our cancellation fees were only been 25%.
Additionally we went over and beyond, and granted you most of the cancellation fees as a credit for future use without any expiry date.
We understand that you had to cancel due medical reasons - in our terms we always recommend taking the highest form of travel insurance. Therefore we recommend claiming the cancellation fees with your travel insurance & you are still able to use your credit for future use.
We hope you are able to enjoy a great holiday in the near future and always more than happy to find you a suitable vehicle and help you out as best as possible.

Gust has been a great help!
Gust has been a great help in finding the suitable campervans. We had to book two campervans for 2 different parts of our trip and Gust was able to find the perfect campervans and get a great deal on them as well. He was also very helpful in answering the multitude of questions we had. Contact through mail was pleasant and punctual.
