The fitter was great, came in explained and then got on with it, managed expectations well with mess, which was hardly any and tidied up, hand over after with explanation and happy to answer my questions

Caddy Windows have been amazing from start to finish. From initial enquiry, site visit, quotation and placement it has gone like clockwork. Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. Rich arrived promptly to fit the new bespoke door and three replacement double glazed windows and he was perfect. Respectful, fantastic work ethic and absolutely knew what was expected of him. Great endurance door product and fitting
We had an endurance door purchased and fitted through Caddy windows, the door looks great. No issues with Installation, Rich their Install guy was brilliant, Quick and efficient and gave us options for different finishing trims.

Service has been amazing
I’ve had my old windows replaced and new windows & doors fitted in an extension. I couldn’t decided what doors to have and they answered all of my million questions to make sure I was going to be happy with the product when it came! From the initial consultation to the measuring to the fitting, the experience and knowledge of the caddy crew has been great!

Richard and Charlie were very polite and pleasant. They arrived when expected, completed the job (a front porch) efficiently, in good time and took steps to keep the area clean. Explained about the keys and how to care for our door afterwards, which was helpful. Very pleased with the work.

Fantastic customer service all the way…
Fantastic customer service all the way through. We had 9 windows and a new front door with two side panels. All went as planned. Their installation manager also came to meet our builders to discuss the front door work and I was able to call him directly the day the builders were there to double check things.
A few snags were to be expected with that amount of work but they came back fixed them straight away. Would highly recommend.
