Caci Omdömen

I spoke with Constance Green and she was amazing from the time we started to the time we finish. She definitely had a lot of information and she knew how to guide me through the problems I was experiencing. She understood how I was feeling and was very patient with me. She wasn’t judgmental at all. The best customer service experience I ever had.

I really loved my treatment and I especially loved the skin scan. It was so reassuring to get that done and make a plan going forward to treat my blemishes and protect my skin properly. I feel like I am in safe professional hands and I’m excited to see the results as my plan unfolds

“Apart from my personalise skincare plan, seeing the beautiful and kind ladies inspire me all the time… They make sure that you’re well looked after every time you visit the clinic and I truly love their happy and caring vibe!”

The best part was how comfortable it felt and how my consultant answered all my questions, gave great advice and how she calmed my nerves by walking me through each step. I absolutely loved my last visit!

Cacti were offering a hydro dermabrasion facial special, so I decided to do it. Elle, the therapist was very professional, she explained what she was doing. I found it a very relaxing experience. My skin felt amazing after I had had it done, for days afterwards.

I went for an eye trio appointment,
It ended up being incredibly relaxing. I’m very happy with the end result and the service I received, from walking in the door to the end, thank you.

Caci Clinic Taupo 🤍🤍
Most gorgeous and Welcoming and exquisite treatments and service x
Love going there 🤍✨🤍🤍

I had a course of 10 caci facials over a course of 4-5 weeks. I took several before photos hoping for a positive outcome. Sadly there was no discernible difference in my face after. My eyelids and jewels and neck were simply no tighter or lifted in anyway. I think this a bit of a gimmick which really doesn’t fulfil its promise

Ambience was relaxing staff professional and friendly very clean facilities and Treatment was worth it.

Team very friendly and welcoming. Felt comfortable knowing what to expect from the experience as I have never done before. Relaxing. Pleasant farewell and next appointments booked! Professional friendly team.

She is really gentle and patient with me, I've never thought I will achieve clear skin with basic skin routine.." she understand what my skin needs..

"I love the staff at Caci- Levin they are so lovely and do a great job! Fantastic service and great results! I love them!!!! :D"!

The experience I had with Caci Clinic in Rotorua was top! I don't do alot of self-care beauty regime as I have sensitive skin, but going into Caci Clinic in Rotorua, I felt at ease and comfortable with the two staff who attended me. Knowledgeable, patient and very natural in their customer care. They took the time to explain what they were doing with my skin and why and the facial was absolutely heaven. I left feeling confident and uplifted. The price is worth it.

Friendly, approachable and genuine conversations. Makes you feel more than just a client and more personal.
Super knowledgeable and welcoming team!
Highly recommend!
