I honestly can’t praise the lady I spoke to today enough. I had been really anxious about my missed payment and they rang me today. I spoke to Debbie, and from the moment I explained that I’d been signed off work recently and was going through a difficult time financially and personally, she was absolutely amazing.
She was so kind, compassionate and understanding. You could tell she genuinely took the time to listen to me, offered support and did everything she could to help with my situation.
Debbie made the financial side of things feel so much more manageable and stress free. I had been carrying so much anxiety about it, and by the end of the phone call I genuinely felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
It’s very rare that a customer service call leaves such an impression, but Debbie’s kindness genuinely made a difference to my day. She went above and beyond what I expected and treated me like an actual person rather than just another account or missed payment.
She is an absolute credit to the company and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you so much, Debbie. ❤️
