An excellent course on steam boiler principles and operations. Extremely well-presented by Dave. He passed on a wealth of knowledge and experience in a very warm and engaging manner. I look forward to putting into practice what I have learned once our new Byworth boilers are commissioned and operational.

BG01 Course
The BG01 course was done to a very high standard by Steve and included all the necessary information and more. The tour of the factory was very interesting to see all the boilers being made. Can't wait to do more courses in the future.

Exceptionally Good BG01 training course
Found the BG01 very interesting, informative and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Byworth's training courses to other people/companies.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly, My Boss(es) are very open to their staff furthering their education, i wouldn't mind another 1 or 2 courses that Byworth Boilers carry out the training for.

Good course very knowledgeable trainer
Good course very knowledgeable trainer. Do think there is a lot to take in within a certain time frame. Day 2 was doing managers exam with very little training on managers responsibility etc. Overall well worth doing and I would recommend the course to any one that deals with boilers.

It is indeed a demanding course but well worth its weight in gold in running a safer and more efficient operation when you return to your company.
We've fed your comments back to our training department regarding the little training on the manager's responsibilities etc. They have said this was unfortunate but believe it was due to the general consensus of the training group you were in feeling well prepared and subsequently choosing to do the exam the day before.
However, we've taken on board your points and will ensure everyone in the group is in total agreement with such decisions in our future training sessions.
