I was on the Celebrity cruise ship and they had Bvlgari on board. They had the rudest sales people. They had a drawing guess how many carats a necklace was and win a prize. I went early in the morning to guess the weight. Came back that night you had to be present to win. I hear the sales person tell a woman who just walks up. The weight is between 8-10 carats. That woman won. So rude. I would never buy there. Such snobby people insulting us because we bought Effy jewelry.

A couple of weeks ago I tried to enter in bvlgari in Bal Harbor and security did not explain why don’t opened door 👎I ordered Bvulgari online because it was looking for a gift but I discovered that Bvulgary works with UPS, this means that if you order something online … you will never obtain your package. BVULGARY And UPS, two companies that do not respect you as a customer time. I ADVISE BOTH COMPANIES to LEARN from VAN CLEEF AND GRAFF how they treat customers. I am very disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. BUT WITH THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MISRESPECT THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO LOSE YOUR PERMANENT CUSTOMERS. NEVER AGAIN 👎👎👎👎👎

My husband gifted me a Bulgari watch in 2011 and it never kept the time despite me taking the watch to the Bond Street boutique multiple times (I live in Birmingham, so each time was costly). I still have th watch which I have never been able to wear due to their lack of customer care. Never buying from them again

A wallet that lost the quality of the brand stamp on it within the warranty period was deemed “wear and tear”, no repair or replacement was offered and essentially I was told I can expect this. I have products worth 10 times less that are in better shape so no, I didn’t expect this low quality both for the product and for customer servoce. Appalling.

“luxury” brand, not like others, managed like if it was a fantasy jewelry. I call this store and they answered No exchanges !! we can’t exchange you ring that you just got, ( wanted tu sized up) and everybody said NO!!!, I bought it on the website engraved it( just 3 symbols are allowed) and if you do so it’s impossible to exchange it ,(I didn’t want even refund) On their website there is not a note of sized up on certain models and their C.S.
Send me to the store to answer me No and again and even suggested you should sized up when on tue site there is never a
Warning of this. $1,600 dls each, waisted and I bought 2 !!! I’ve had experiences with other brands and they exchange EVERYTHING !!! , this BVLGARI does not know how to treat their customers. I asked for any alternative solution and they Keep saying No,

Absolutely shocked at the service of so called high end brand. It has been more than 2 months now that I have returned their product but I have still not received my refund. I am constantly having to chase them via call and they always seem to push the matter away by saying 'leave this to me, I'll give you a call back after I check what is going on' but I never receive any calls. What shocks me even more is that even after emailing them several times they choose not to respond. I don't even know if I'll be getting my money back. I am utterly disappointed, and will not be buying anything from Bvlgari again.

I adore bvlgari, I got my wedding ring from you , my wallet, a diamond cross and a mans bracelet. I’ve had to save up and it’s a massive treat to BUY something from bvlgari.
I just read an article where pip edwards received a free ring , that would take me 20 years so save for. It probably means not much to her It would have meant the world to me . I just don’t understand it. I always write rave reviews about bvlgari, I doubt if she does.

If I could give a zero start I would. Very unprofessional .Over 10 days of investigation because ups lost my parcel .No of the sides can give me a refund only option now to go legal. Appalling love it as a brand but only gonna buy in store .Very low customer service and very incompetent at their job

Beautiful creations & beautiful service. When my item was not delivered on time, the customer service team were absolutely phenomenal in taking care of my issue. An hour later my new Bvlgari handbag was delivered on my door step. The packaging and care they apply to all their products are breathtakingly beautiful. Cannot wait to shop with bvlgari again!
