It is impossible to cancell, this feel like a scam!

The idea is good, but the results are unreliable. The videos altered important details in my property photos, making them unsuitable for real estate marketing, where accuracy matters.
Cancelling has also been extremely frustrating. I haven’t been able to find a working cancellation option on the website, and contacting support by email hasn’t resolved the issue. The cancellation instructions I found were either incorrect or unhelpful. I now feel I may have to replace my credit card just to prevent further charges.
Overall, a disappointing experience that has cost me both time and money.

DO NOT in ANY case use this platform. you won't be able to unsubscribe and it is made in the way to process your payments in automatic without intention. And you do not see it as it doesn't have any billing or payments tab on the account. No Customer service, no live chat or phone but long dispute on those payments with your bank all the time.

A completely raw product that charges you more than it says during the prompt run. It ain't worth even 5$

CROOKS ! I paid them over $200 for excess and their video to video AI does NIT work but still charged you credits for a failed outcome . And there is absolutely no customer service phone number , chat , nor email on their website. Potential buyer be AWARE 🚨🚨🚨

Giving this tool a low rating because there is ZERO SUPPORT and NO WAY TO CANCEL (other than email which no one responds too). This is unfortunate because I have tested almost every long form/music video creation tool out there in the last couple of weeks and this one is truly the best! ZERO SUPPORT! I loved that it doesn't use a lot of points to set up the entire long-form music video - scripting, story card and story board - so you can at least see what you're getting into... But when rendering goes wonky there is NO FIX with NO SUPPORT! This is a new tool (4/2026) and one would think they would be on top of their game (developer came from apple). Wanted to give it a chance because it's the most bang for the buck, has a great interface and does a good job (mostly) of rendering consistently if you don't overcomplicate your prompts and references. But LACK OF SUPPORT and NO cancelation options are a deal breaker. I even reached out thru LinkedIn to connect with people from the parent company (Creati) as well as the creator to get support - NO RESPONSE! VERY SAD! This could have been a game changer. Will likely have to dispute charges on my credit card. I don't know how these companies stay in business with zero support and responsiveness.

They promise 1, the reality is 2. They are hiding costs and true amounts of money you have to spend to do whatever you want. The customer service is... yes, there is no... One of the worst platforms. Pure scam. Stay away. Chose something else, guys.

This app is scam. They charge more than said and the do not have an option to unsuscribe. Plus, the video generation does not work. This is a total SCAM!!

NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's a total scam. There is no way to cancel the subscription, and the product is faulty as heck... They also don't respond to emails.

Clunky AI site that is counter intuitive. Impossible to discern how many of their "credits" are involved in generating a video. Hovering over the Generate icon provides nothing. It endlessly redirects you to its price list. Junk.

Avoid this service LIKE THE PLAGUE. The Pro Subscription is garbage and a scam, falsely saying you get "Unlimited SD [Seedance] 2.5". If you go with this site, prepare to cancel your card and instruct your bank to order a chargeback.

The banner on the site in early September was completely false advertising: "33-DAY Unlimited Seedance 2.5, Wan3.0 & MH3"

Take screenshots, if you haven't already, and contact the fraud department of your bank.

BE AWARE: This is clearly a scam — you can't find a cancel button on the website (they falsely claim it's in settings). So I emailed customer service, and they said they could cancel my subscription if I answered a few questions. After I answered, they said they actually couldn't cancel it. I was furious, and they never replied to my email again. Can you believe that?

they dont have on the website cancelation button, for the cancel subscription you need to tap update plan and there you will find cacelation,this is worst

le site bug, aucune génération de vidéo possible, et les credits qui crament sans avoir généré une seule video. l'option de génération automatique, une grosse arnaque. Mes 30$ d'abonnement parti en fumé. Et pire encore, aucun moyen pour résilier l'abonnement. Plusieurs mails envoyés au service client pour annuler mon abonnement et aucune réponse. Je vais devoir opposer ma carte pour cette m**rde.

MY HONEST REVIEW ON THIS. It's got potential for sure, but to do more, you need to spend more. That's where my problem comes in, as the subscription is bad and screams scam to me. I can't find a cancellation button when I subscribed. For the basic subscription plan, to add more extra credits, it refers me to the upgrade button. When I started with nothing and just wanted to buy a one-time credit, it referred me to the yearly and monthly basic plans. Which I ended up getting, and now it's trying to get me to an even higher plan. When all I want is to add extra credit, and cancelling this thing is another issue of its own, as I can't find the cancellation button and the subscription button is greyed out, so I can't unsubscribe.

There is no option to cancel the subscription at the user settings as they mention on the website and i have sent multiple e-mails to their support email and no response for months and they keep charging for a service that i dont even use.
