Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I ordered an Apple Macbook from them as they are a Marketplace seller on Amazon. 4 weeks after placing my order during which time I regularly checked the tracking details, I got a notification to say the courier could not find my address. Later that day, I got an email to say that the order had been cancelled and Buyfive would be issuing me with a refund. I asked for them to try to redeliver the item but they said it wasn't possible. They subsequently blamed Amazon for being responsible for the problem with the courier (which Amazon denied). AVOID!

I ordered an iPad Pro from buyFIVE for a very reasonable price - in fact the cheapest I could find.
This did at first raise some suspicion (if it's that much cheaper is it genuine) but I kept looking around and my searches kept bringing me back to this company on Amazon. The reviews I read on Amazon seemed okay, customers were happy. So I ordered it. Delivery took just little under two weeks, I was happy with this. I had emails with tracking information along the way. The only disappointment was about two weeks after it arrived I received a letter from buyFIVE asking for feedback on Amazon. If it was positive they would refund me £30. I hadn't anything to lose as I had a good experience but I have yet to receive my £30, this was about three weeks ago.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY

I ordered a Canon 80D from these scammers having done some research into them. At the time, their reviews weren't great, but not awful either. Even so, I didn't want to take the risk, so asked them to cancel the order. They ignored this email for over a week until immediately after the parcel was dispatched (very convenient...). I therefore, foolishly, went against my gut and accepted the delivery when it finally arrived. A month later, the camera develops a fault. I ask them for assistance, which they ignore. I ask again and they tell me to take it to my local repair shop and they will reimburse the charge. I take it in for repairs, contact them and they stop replying to emails. The camera has since developed a further fault and I'm still trying to rectify the first issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Uma Vergonha

Uma Vergonha. Comprei um Ipad através da buy Five dentro da Pixmania, não o entregaram, enviaram um link para acompanhar a mercadoria tudo falso, há dois meses que dizem que vão me devolver o dinheiro e nada e nem a emails respondem.
A minha encomenda é a numero: 170210P1677332
Nunca pensei que tal coisa acontecesse, aconselho a todos a não compararem nada nem na Pixmania que não faz nada nem na Buy Five! leiam o que toda a gente diz...

Ordinato un mese fa tramite PIXMANIA

Ordinato un mese fa tramite PIXMANIA, loro mai risposto, PIXMANIA qualche volta ma per nulla convincenti ( della serie proviamo a contattare il venditore ma non siamo noi.....). Dopo tre settimane risulta spedito ma nessuna traccia della spedizione.
Aspetterò ancora qualche settimana e successivamente denuncerò entrambi alla polizia postale ma so già che non rivedrò mai i miei soldi.
Tutti devono sapere chi sono e come lavorano.

Ho comprato su Pixmania.com una Canon il quale venditore è BuyFive. I soldi sono stati scalati all'istante ma è praticamente impossibile reperire sia pixmania che il venditore, sono come due entità fantasma. BuyFive dispone di una sola email, alla quale ovviamente non risponde nessuno. Il pacco non è ancora arrivato dopo 20 giorni. Oggi hanno creato un tracking su UPS che ho potuto visionare nella sezione "miei ordini" di pixmania. La destinazione del pacco non è la mia abitazione bensì una piccola città dell'inghilterra, RIDGMONT, che è a pochi km dalla sede di BuyFive specificata sul sito. Questo vuol dire che non rivedrò mai più i miei soldi ne tanto meno l'oggetto perché sono dei truffatori e se lo terranno per loro per rivenderlo. Sto aspettando qualche giorno dopo di che procederò con la denuncia alla polizia postale. Anche Pixmania (il quale sito è anche pieno di bug e non dispone di un recapito per i clienti) non mi risponde a qualsiasi email. Sono dei truffatori anche loro, perché danno la possibilità di inserire venditori fraudolenti nel loro sito, impattando negativamente sulla qualità e la credibilità dello stesso. Troverò un modo per far conoscere questi due nomi a chiunque per dire "non comprateci".
BuyFive and Pixmania, If you're reading this: you're shipping the object at a wrong address, you won't get away with this, everybody will know you're doing an illicit job, I will report you at the police and contact journalists to write down bad reviews about you. If I don't get my money back, I will do all of this.

Have not received the invoice
Have no idea where my goods are, but has been told through Pixmania they are sent.
But I have no tracing information and getting no answers to all my inquiries to buyFIVE Europe DKdk regarding the missing invoice and goods

Don't even touch with a disinfected barge pole!

Appalling! I asked for an invoice as my Apple MacBook broke down within 18 months and is unusable. Apple will fix it for free with the invoice but this 'company' deny any responsibility even for this paperwork/email beyond 90 days! So no invoice! Amazon also seem toothless! Avoid like the plague!

Don't buy from "Buyfive"! Non comprate da questo venditore!

Ho comprato su PIXMANIA una macchina fotografica in offerta. Sono stati scalati immediatamente i soldi dalla carta di credito prepagata, ma dopo 5 giorni arriva l'email da Buyfive (tramite pixmania) dove dicono che gli dispiace ma il prodotto e' "accidentalmente esaurito" durante l'ordine. Peccato pero' che nel frattempo l'articolo continua ad essere in vendita ad un prezzo maggiorato di quasi 200 euro! Ovviamente scuse non accettate perche' sembra una truffa vera e propria che sfrutta la notorieta' dei canali di distribuzione come PIXMANIA (che le sue colpe comunque ce l'ha, visto che non rispondono alle ripetute segnalazioni)!
Del rimborso, a distanza di 9 giorni, non ce n'e' traccia e non si degnano neanche di rispondere alle comunicazioni inviategli sempre tramite sito PIXMANIA.
Se si cerca su internet si puo' notare che si comportano spesso cosi'.
Intanto pero' i soldi se li sono presi subito e ad oggi non li restituiscono!

Disgraceful company!

I bought a MacBook Air via Amazon in December 2015 it arrived early 2016. I was very excited I even bought the compatible Microsoft Office

It was very early on when things started to go wrong. It was extremely slow, froze which meant I had to keep saving my work in case it froze during a big report! The worst thing was that the advertised product was uk keyboard but I noticed that it wasn't there was no pound sign anywhere on the keyboard. I complained to the company but all I kept being told was that it's not their responsibility and to take it to Apple. So not only did they take my money but they expected me to do the running around too!!

Amazon was no support as they sided with the seller which I found DISGRACEFUL! The MacBook was not fit for purpose!

Now not only do I still have those issues but the screen goes black and can't be re booted I have to wait a while and even then it doesn't always work!

As before they resenting same old emails go to apple we won't help you. I told them that I did go to apple I was told to speak with them to get a full refund. They won't help and I don't know what else to do since Amazon won't be any support. I really can't afford to lose £900.00!

Fraudsters

A disgrace of 'company'. Spent almost £700 on a camera with lens, waited almost 2 weeks to then find out that the order had been refunded with no explanation.

After emailing them to figure out why, I was given the brief retort of 'we cancelled your order because of a pricing error'. Wonderful. The price I paid was pretty much the going rate, give or take a few pounds.

That wasn't enough; to rub salt into the wounds, I then found the same camera back in stock for sale on their site for £60 pounds more.

Appalling customer service with shocking, greedy business morals. Please heed this advice and stay well, well away from BuyFive.

Wont be Coming Back

After Two weeks of waiting for an order to arrive I contacted them wondering where my new fancy phone was??? This is a copy/paste of the reply I received....... 'The product you ordered is currently out of stock so we cancelled your order.'
As Simple as that, unbelievable really and I am still waiting for my refund of almost 400euros. Disgusting way to do business really

Da evitare!

Ho acquistato da loro tramite pixmania ma ho visto che vendono anche su amazon, venditore pessimo, customer care inesistente, mai ricevuta risposta, ho acquistato una fotocamera pagando 595€ con bonifico, dopo due settimane (solo su mia richiesta) mi comunicano che non è disponibile e che avevano giá fatto rimborso, ora a 3 settimane non ho ancora i miei soldi, sul loro sito la fotocamera è disponibile ma a un prezzo maggiorato!!! Dovró sporgere denuncia per l'indebita appropriazione dei miei soldi.
