Product ordered more a month ago

Product ordered more a month ago. Still not delivered.

When I contact the company, all they can tell me is to wait.... No other solution, no replacement, NOTHING!! Terrible customer support, they don't give a damn.
Avoid at all costs, these companies need to disappear and leave room for pros.

Disappointed and Frustrated – Think Twice Before Buying Direct from Radiomaster

I purchased the TX16S Mark II directly from Radiomaster, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.
First, the shipping was significantly delayed — not just a few days, but weeks. No one from their team reached out to inform me that the item was out of stock. I had to initiate contact myself to find out why my order was stuck. That alone should raise a red flag for anyone expecting basic customer service.
When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the product box was already opened. I paid for a brand-new unit, but what I received was clearly used — not even resealed or repackaged properly. Even worse, the left gimbal was defective right out of the box. It doesn’t function properly and clearly needs replacement.
At this point, I've already lost too much money and time trying to fix something that should have worked from day one. I don’t believe customers should be responsible for replacing parts on a brand-new, premium transmitter — especially not after receiving what feels like a returned or used unit.
I still think the TX16S is a solid transmitter in theory, but if you’re considering buying it, do not buy directly from Radiomaster’s official website. Go through a trusted, well-reviewed retailer who takes responsibility for the products they sell and offers real customer support.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made.

Truffa

Truffa. Il 4 settembre 2025 ho acquistato un GX12, la ricevente, batteria e antenna per un totale di 240 dollari. Oggi, 18 settembre, il tracciamento del pacco segnala che mi è stato consegnato, cosa ovviamente falsa. Il corriere è IMILE. 240 dollari persi e buttati.

Brought a Radio Master TX16S Mark 2

Brought a Radio Master TX16S Mark 2 - trying to program via a computers as have many models to put on it.
Firstly - described as working with any receiver - far from true only works with a handful and not all of mine.
When programming on computer - simply did not work, raised a support ticket to be told - Its The Chinese New Year ring back or email us in 16 days time - a time that exceed the 14 day return period.
Absolutely awful service

Großartiger Support, aber keine stornieren Option auf der Webseite

TLDR: Falsch bestellt - keine storno Möglichkeit auf Webseite - Support geschrieben - Bestellung geändert ohne kosten vor Versand

Ich habe ein ELRS Modul und einen Reciever bestellt, die unkompatibel waren (FCC und LBT).
Ich habe es bemerkt, als die bestätigungs Mail kam.
Leider konnte ich weder die Bestellung bearbeiten noch stornieren, also habe ich über das Online Kontakt Forum eine Nachricht geschrieben.
Nach drei Tagen (heute) bekam ich die Email, das die Version getauscht wurde (es war noch nichts verschickt) und ich das prüfen soll.

Keine extra kosten und die Bestellung passt jetzt.

"Versteckte" Kosten, Support ist ok

Den Zoll muss man selber bezahlen. Der hinweis befindet sich auf der Produktseite. Außerden waren bei mir bei ankunft Plastikteile abgebrochen. Fotos davon und ein Foto vom Bestellbeleg haben die Gebraucht. Außerdem musste ich meine Adresse per Mail an den Support schicken. Sie haben mir die Ersatzteile aber dann ohne weiteres geschickt (Ich wollte Ersatzteile statt es zurückzusenden).

Good experience

Local distributors didn't have a case for my TX12 MK2 so I ordered it directly on radiomasterrc dot com. The process took 5 weeks (from placing the order to receiving the box) but I understand that it's a standard international shipping so it can't be much quicker (I didn't want to pay more to get it faster). Long story short, the company is trustworthy but if you want to get your order quickly, check your local distributors first.

Horrible shopping experience

Horrible shopping experience. After the order and the payment they disappeared for one month. Looks like they are not able to manage neither the orders nor the communication with the client. After they refusal to refund me, I had to go trough the Paypal issue report, and they were still refuting to refund me. Eventually I got my money back by Paypal. Not to mention a discount code that didn't work. Never again.

Horrible Mail Service, very slow help. Worse Products

Ordered expensive 220€ Radio from China, arrived with broken display, radiomaster mail server only send notice for company holiday on chinese new year (01/23) but not for their workers week holiday 29.4-5.5 , because of that my ticket wasnt answered for a whole week. after their holiday, they said they gonna send "the necessary components" (no idea what that means) as soon as possible. A week later after the initial answer to my ticket, I finaly get a tracking number for my (((component))). Now i only have to wait another week to finaly receive this supposed important component. Apperantly I am supposed to just repair their faulty product myself.
A fu++ing horrible company, a horrible costomer service experience, a horrible mailing contact. Overpriced s#1t hardware these guys are selling, look out and just choose another competitor because radiomaster isnt really interested in selling you quality, nor helping you in any way should you run into any problems.
STAY AWAY !!!!

Terrible experience.

Placed an order in November. After many emails, and asking for cancellation, they told they sent my package on January 13th, 2023 and sent a tracking link.
As I did not see any progress with the link sending many emails and asking for a cancellation, they replied 20 days later than they sent the link that the products have quality issue therefore, there would be a delay.
Terrific...

TX16S Radiomaster -- Loving the Gold Max

Recently a friend in the hobby mentioned to me about OpenTX, which I knew virtually nothing about. Then after looking into various radios and watching numerous YouTube videos, I concluded that the Radiomaster TX16S could be the transmitter for me.

I have the Gold Max version and I absolutely love it. The build quality is very good, and the IPS touchscreen looks rich in colour and has a high-resolution screen which displays the widgets and RC model photos to look nice and sharp.

I have the Crossfire Micro V2 module plugged into the module bay at the rear of the radio, and it sits nice and flush with the rear face which I really, really like... and the range and signal strength are literally beyond what I'll ever need... which is a bonus.

It came factory fitted with the gold finish metal upgrade kit: gimbal facias, control knobs, 2 & 3 position switch fasteners, system and model buttons, roller wheel, the four navigation buttons, and the power switch, all looking seriously sexy... and let's not forget the gold leather comfort grips.

As with many of these OpenTX radios, it truly amazes me how much you get for your money. The default functionality for setting up models is incredible. And then if you like the idea of programming your own features, you can extend the functionality even further by writing your own Lua scripts.

The module bay alone makes it worth the money for me. The Crossfire unit I've mentioned is fully integrated with the radios operating system, meaning you can set every parameter via the radios own colour screen, and with EdgeTX being developed to accompany OpenTX there's even new and exciting touchscreen functionality to look forward to.

I won't say anything bad about my Spektrum DX9 which has served me very well for the 7 years that I've had it, but the extra functionality of OpenTX combined with a multiprotocol TX with a module bay..... well, this has me hooked good and proper now.

Middle finger has been shown to the customer.

RadioMaster recommended Banggood as their primary retailer for the RC transmitter. I made a preorder on 29th of March which was then delayed for multiple reasons 5 times total (first to the mid April, then to the beginning of May, then middle of may, end of may and last time was end of June). In the meantime orders made at the beginning of March and in the middle of April and May have been completed

As company has recommended this seller I tried reaching to them in order to get any kind of support with them, hoping they will contact Banggood and try to solve the issue or sell me the product directly. I was firstly ignored, then answered 'so cancel your order' which is like showing middle finger to the customer and finally blocked from all their social media.

This shows that this company does not treat their customers with respect and is not customer oriented at all.

With all the respect: if you are running business and recommend the seller it is the very moment you take part of responsibility for the way your product is shipped.
