My go to. Quick delivery, well packaged logs. Helpful delivery driver tried his best to get the pack close to the store. Much appreciated.

They use a poor delivery company that cannot place pallets conveniently on property. I had to manually shift a whole pallet of wood because the delivery driver blocked the driveway with the pallet

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery did not meet your expectations. Our standard delivery service is kerbside, as firewood is a very heavy load and moving a pallet further onto a property is not always safe or possible. Where conditions allow, our drivers will often do their best to place the pallet in a more convenient location, but this is at the driver’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
We’re sorry that the pallet was left in a position that caused inconvenience, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We’ll pass your feedback on to our delivery partner.
