THE most IGNORANT seller imaginable!!!
I received a damaged/defective item as part of my ebay purchase from this outfit. A very polite email was sent to them almost a week ago now, to which they have failed to respond!
Buy from here at your own risk, if there's a problem, you're on your own!!

I’ve used buyaparcel several times, the speed of delivery and pricing is excellent. Recently I made an error and had to contact them, I dealt with Anne Marie who was very helpful and accommodating, even though the mistake was mine. I have no hesitation recommending them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer with battery and charger through B&Q- the item I received clearly stated no battery included. I checked inside- no battery or charger.I called the customer service number but the recorded message said they were busy…I called many/various times - still busy.
Someone eventually replied to one of my many emails- twice to ask me to check the box and another to imply I was lying. Not once was an apology given. It’s pretty stressful to spend £170 on something that is not useable and be left in limbo.
I would NEVER use this company again.
As an aside-
I found the item I had originally ordered £20 cheaper elsewhere.

Little sceptic of this type of pond/pool vacuum from reading various reviews, but am very pleased with it's build quality and performance even without a strong water supply pressure. Order & delivery went smoothly and one of the best prices out there.

Don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion thought it worth the mention. Dealing we buyaparcel was just a breeze easy to navigate on the website, good price excellent customer service and the speedyness from purchase to delivery can't fault. Definitely made the right decision for a purchase of a cool box its brilliant in the heatwave. Deffently will use this company again for future purchases. A*

Purchased a product bought on the B and Q website. The product is faulty and I have been emailing and phoning this company regarding a replacement. No answers to my emails , and the phone line cuts off saying they are busy.
B and Q need to stop being a reseller for such a company who have terrible customer service.

Overall good price did come in two separate deliveries on different days, which was a bit annoying, but overall happy and would probably use them again

I have been buying from here for over a year. Always dispatched super quickly. Free delivery on my spend is a huge draw. Very happy customer.

Good product great price

Parcel delivered a day later than expected, but not a problem. The shower mixer is now installed and working perfectly.

Bitterly disappointed. I bought this item on the 12/06/2026 and still haven’t received it. Nor have I had any correspondence as to when I will get it.
I have been trying to call and the phone line tells me that all the team are busy and then get cut off. I really want to get a full refund.
