Don’t buy from this site. Item took ages and was charged £20 customs so item ended up costing a lot more

I have tried contacting the onbuy.com through email, thought their account. It is just automated replies that send you on a wild goose chase. This is extremely stressful. I just want some decent contact and resolve of my case. I feel like I can't trust this site.

If i could give this company less than 1 star i would. I ordered a hoover and they sent a lipstick...yes a lipstick.
Trying to get through to someone to sort a refund is like trying to do a cartwheel with your legs tied together. They take ages to reply and keep asking the same questions over and over again. Luckily I paid with paypal, and opened a dispute. It was only then I got the refund. If something seems too good to be true, it is. Dont waste your money.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a Tom Ford aftershave, and it was fake. They did NOTHING to help, and I got PAYPAL to get my money back. The joke of it all is that they are still selling it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Anthony

I recently paid £25 to return wrong shower tray. They just took over £100 they won’t answer calls or emails now, so I’m taking them to court after waiting over a 4 weeks.

I bought what was supposed to be a Taylor Swift Funko pop doll. When it did finally arrive it was a completely awful copy and was broken into several pieces. The quality was abysmal and even if it hadn’t been broken it would’ve gone straight into the bin anyway. Upon complaint I was told to return it so that it could be inspected but I did not trust them to refund it. I have bought from this company twice and scammed with shoddy counterfeit goods twice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!

Ordered a mirror from this website was told it was brand new and came with a broken charging portal please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Comes with absolute broken stuff. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN...

Purchased a gazebo in June 2023 and the top was ripped and found damage to a couple of parts. Tried to return and I have been strung along for months! Returned the item but still no refund. The whole process has been appealing and on buy do little to help. It’s been going on for over 4 months. Very unhappy.

Been waiting for an order since Aug.
Cannot contact so presume money lost. Give this company a wide berth.

Total Con artists on the front end of the transaction they say delivery in a week but after you've paid the estimated delivery times jumps 2 months and there is absolutely no option to cancel the transaction after you've paid. Avoid Avoid Avoid I have already waved my money goodbye I do not expect to ever see my order.

Ordered a sandpit and bag of sand from this company all I got was a bag of sand! Contacted them was told to contact seller who said I would have to return it at my expense🤬🤬10kg sand would cost more to return than original sandpit! Take no notice of 30 day guaranteed refund it’s meaningless. Would never use them again - zero stars!!

Won’t refund me for a product I never received!!! No telephone number and their chat not doesn’t work. They just robbed me of £100 avoid at all costs!!!

This company is shocking. They don't deserve any stars.
I wouldn't trust buying anything..as when you do,it doesn't even work! The box came damaged like it's been sat in the warehouse for months. Sent it back over three weeks ago and still havnt received my refund. Apparently they havnt received it yet! Now ignoring my messages.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF ITS FAULTY.
