On Buy 

Place an order on 6th Jan but I never recieved it, So on the 13th Feb 2026 I had to make a complaint aBOUT IT. i then received a refund. No exclamation as to why this wasn't delivered. What an absolute waste of time. It was the first time I hade use ONBUY and I would never use them again. AWFUL SERVICE

Svindler firma ….. jeg har bestilt et badeforhæng i olivengrøn 13/1-26, når jeg vil ind og se mit kundenr kan jeg ikke se det nogen steder. Når man prøver at skrive til dem får man besked på at deres postkasse er fyldt.

I got a queen size air bed and it would not stay inflated but when I made onbuy aware they fixed the problem and sent a new bed out the same day. No messing at all and they responded very quickly good company no messing thanks 🙏

My delivery was a little late and I had to chase but when it arrived it was perfect - and it was the same product but cheaper than all the other online offers.

ONBUY ARE THE WORST COMPANY STAY AWAY.

Would not buy from on buy bought my son a pc gaming setup after six months starting to run slow i then had this looked at by a pc shop in town and was told the only thing good about it was the tower case it had two laptop hard drives and 20 year old graphics card and hard drive this company is a absolute scam

you cannot contact this company for a refund as there is only a website no e-mail address and when you try to contact more than once about an order it says reply to the e-mail but he e-mail has a do not reply message which returns it to your server.

This company is not worth the paper it is written on in respect of repaying and guaranteeing the money spent as there is no way to contact them

I ordered Yumove Senior tablets for my dog. Within 24 hours they contacted me to say they had no stock and asked me to cancel order in order to receive refund. Not sure why the customer has to cancel order but I did so. I used the process their Help section. They then said they could send from an alternative warehouse. I said no, I had already sourced from another vendor. They then responded saying I had to cancel the order. I argued I had already done so. They said no even though I have the email. I cancelled again. I am told refund is in process.
Bottom line: I would not trust this company. Like too many online vendors their process is not transparent and in my opinion it is just a delaying tactic. Rubbish.

At tage imod betaling, men nægte at reagere, når en kunde vil returnere en fejlbehæftet vare, er helt uacceptabelt og kan opfattes som en bevidst tilsidesættelse af forbrugerrettigheder.

OnBuy fremstår som en platform, der fralægger sig ansvar, så snart der opstår problemer.
Hvis man som kunde skal tigge om svar og kæmpe for sine penge, er noget helt galt.

Jeg vil kraftigt fraråde alle at handle via OnBuy, medmindre man er forberedt på:
– manglende kundeservice
– total tavshed
– og risikoen for aldrig at få sine penge tilbage

Horrendous experience
Ordered a watch, this was sold via a third party. Extreme mobiles who also have rubbish reviews.

Significant delay in receiving so I cancelled order. Then funnily it was dispatched at the same time as they replied to my email cancelling.
Told me not to accept from courier.
Courier left on doorstep.
They refused to pay for return postage.
Watch box was damaged.
Just a crap experience

Bought dog food from them which took over three weeks to arrive. When I opened the box the bag was in I found out why - it had come from Italy!!! Luckily I had ordered from elsewhere or I would have been really stuck as I have to buy online because I live seventy miles from the nearest town where I can buy in a shop.

Worse company for sending inferior products knowlingky then arguing and putting you in deadlock so they don't have to pay for a return or refund. Been going back and forward with various customer service agents with no sense of customer care for a month. I'm just trying to return a bendy god knows what material bathroom cabinet that looks like a stage prop. Embarrassing for onbuy

I returned to you the Dyson head, as requested, when you sent me your address on the 19th December 2025. The item was sent the same day by recorded delivery. I have had no acknowledgement or refund. Please process my refund immediately, failure to do so will confirm my suspicion that you are an unreliable dealer who is ducking and diving to avoid honouring your promise of a refund. OnBuy is completely unreliable and I would not advise anyone to deal with your company!

Very disappointed with this companies response as I bought a keyboard 90.00+ and it came without a mains lead, it's for my granddaughter age 13 and she is very disappointed as she can't play..no response as yet as to what model lead I need even if I have to buy it, needless to say I won't be purchasing again from this site, very disappointed

Awful, took my money did not send my order, no customer service number, no way to call and no response to emails, rip off

The item has not been delivered & On Buy & retailer have blocked all lines of communication.I strongly recommend not using On Buy.

Via On Buy I bought an item from Fashion Home Store. I received the wrong item. On Buy’s system allowed me to message the seller, but the seller clearly didn’t understand my request for return and refund -probably a chat bot - and I am now at a ‘dead end’. I will never buy anything from On Buy again and would never recommend any e to use it.

If something seems too good to be true - it definitely is!!! Bought an “original” Jellycat plush. It came later than estimated, but in fairness ON BUY emailed to check it had arrived. However, the toy is FAKE FAKE FAKE. It cost me just over £20 so I thought it would perhaps be 2nd hand, which would’ve been ok so long as it was an original. However - its ears are wonky, the fur is dodgy. It has all the correct tags etc but is most definitely FAKE. Before it had arrived, I’d ordered something else for my son - however, now that I’m pretty sure a piece of crap is going to arrive for him also, I’ve already bought his item somewhere else. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR GENUINE ITEMS DO NOT USE ON BUY!!!

Ordered aftershave through on buy. It was never delivered and they claimed it had and there was evidence that it had been delivered! It was not so I asked them for the photographic proof of delivery which they couldn’t!!! BUT I was still charged almost £100 for something I never got!!!!! Absolutely 100% STEER CLEAR FROM ON BUY!!! They don’t care about customers! 🤬
