8/4/26 - Watched an instructor come around a corner from a 4 way junction, nearly hit two teens who had already started to cross the road by the time of his turning. Instead of braking or stopping he proceeded to blast his horn and drive by, causing them to recoil, all whist with a student on-board. This action required him to be leaning over from the passenger seat, holding the steering wheel, pressing the horn. Unless the cars aren't installed with a passenger side pedal system why would they think the above action was more optimal than braking. The instructor had no cars behind them so in the seconds it takes to lean over, honk and continue on, surely an emergency stop is advised. All you've taught your student there is to nearly hit pedestrians, and honk your horn whilst doing it. What a joke.

Instructions decided it was ok to use my private property for practice with his student when asked to leave site he became very rude and aggressive also not displaying his badge

I had a great experience learning to drive with Travis Joseph at BSM. He was always calm, patient, and really clear when explaining things, which made a big difference to my confidence behind the wheel. Even when I made mistakes, he stayed encouraging and helped me improve without feeling stressed. His lessons were well structured and focused on exactly what I needed to work on. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable driving instructor.

Passed my test today with John Bolton, 10/10 driving instructor, would highly recommend, he is patient, professional and explained everything clearly. He gives good feedback, made me feel at ease and fully prepared for my test.

Scott Reynolds is an excellent instructor! From my first lessons with Scott, Scott was able to point out many bad habits I picked up driving previously with another instructor. He taught me the correct way to drive for both the test and for driving after the test, quickly helping me correct these bad habits. Scott was also extremely patient with me and explained things perfectly so I was able to understand. His way of teaching is tailored - if you are struggling to understand through explanation he will aid you through showing you how it is done. Scott is also very reliable, he will always show up on time and never cancels. I must thank Scott Reynolds for my first time pass as I couldn’t have done it without him! I recommend him to anyone who is learning to drive or struggling!

initially started having lesson with instructor. During these lessons I was made to feel small from the driving instructor and was even told that "I do ask some stupid questions sometimes". The lessons with this instructor made me so nervous. Changed to Driving Johsons and that instructor was much more understanding. Would avoid BSM at all costs.

I recently got my licence after learning with BSM. The booking system was really simple and my instructor, Farzam Ashouri, was so patient with me, even at the beginning when i was making a lot of mistakes and was really nervous on the roads. He prepared me very well for my test which i thankfully passed!

Baqir was my instructor from BSM and I have passed test in Uxbridge first attempt. He is very knowledgeable, confidence builder, and clear communicator. I would recommend for Slough and Uxbridge.

I highly recommend Martin, I recently passed my driving test and he has been very helpful and a joy to learn from.

I have used BSM for driving lessons twice and thanks to them have passes my driving test.

There was certainly a gap in the learning process and it has been good to see how they have evolved with available technology.

My instructor Daniel Bradley was great, very knowledgable and understanding. I feel i have been prepared not only to pass the test, which as stated above i succeeded on my first attempt, but also to develop as a safe driver beyond the scope of achieving my full licence.

I could not have asked for a better driving instructor than Daniel Bradley at BSM. He always catered lessons to meet my needs and had so much understanding and patience because he really believed in me. I’d highly recommend Dan to anybody of any age or ability learning to drive, he knows his stuff inside out and above all is a lovely man to share a car with, especially in some of the more stressful driving situations.

I couldn’t recommend BSM and specifically Martin enough! He helped me build up my confidence and belief that I could pass my driving test. He was incredibly patient and never minded explaining things multiple times until I understood fully. Thanks to him I was able to pass first time.

I recently passed my driving test first-time (automatic) thanks to the great work of my instructor, Mario Trapasso, in Manchester!

I was particularly nervous to revisit driving in fear of having an insensitive instructor, but I couldn’t recommend Mario enough. He made me feel comfortable straight away thanks to his calm and patient approach. My nerves lessened right away, and my confidence improved much faster than I could've imagined!

Mario explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and he often adapted/changed lessons to suit my pace. He was also great at recognising when I was ready to be pushed a bit further, and he challenged me to learn new skills and progress faster throughout my time learning with him. It really helped me make a lot of progress in a short space of time.

He’s also very reliable and professional, always on time and great to chat with. Each lesson felt structured and productive, and I always came away feeling like I’d improved.

Using the BSM website to book lessons was also very easy, but thanks to Mario, I not only learned how to drive safely, but also to feel genuinely confident on the road. I’d highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous beginner.

He wastes no time from the first lesson, teaching you basics then getting you on the road ASAP. I passed just after 7 months of lessons. Thank you so much Scott!

I have been having lessons with Matt since March 2025 and it's been a great experience!
Matt's teaching style is very patient and explains all aspects of driving in a very clear way and has also advised on mental techniques to approach driving with the right mindset. which has been a totally completely different experience when I first started driving with a different instructor beforehand - Matt creates an extremely comfortable learning environment for you to learn and more importantly make mistakes - and be ok with them, as they'll be discussed in a productive way.

Matt will also give you the tools to problem solve whilst you're driving and give you the opportunity to reflect on opportunities, so it will provide you with the confidence you need when driving on your own.

I successfully passed my driving test on 2nd time, (I booked my first test a tad too early). Scheduling times for lessons was super easy and Matt will be willing to work with you at whatever pace you wish to learn.

I highly recommend Matt to learn with and I'm super grateful to have a great learning experience, and will be doing my Pass Plus with Matt as well!

Ferhat is professional, a nice and patient guy and really catered to my individual needs.

He explained everything so clearly, he really built my confidence more and more each lesson. He made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, even when I was nervous.

Did my lessons with Lewis for a while after a bad experience with a previous driving instructor and he’s been extremely professional whilst also making the lessons feel like we’ve been friends for years, absolutely brilliant experience

I haven't driven with any of their instructors, but given the fact there was one hogging the middle lane on a clear road makes me doubt their standards.
