Lewis Atkins is a quality instructor who made sure I was test ready and saw me through the driving process from re introducing me to driving including on various roads all the way to the completion of passing my practical test. He was supportive throughout the journey, remained approachable and made sure any mistakes were addressed. He has a bubbly personality which helped me feel comfortable through the process and believed in my ability to drive when I didn’t. Highly recommended by me to anyone looking to go from any point in their driving journey to getting the official practical certificate. I’ll miss the time spent learning with him but also glad I was able to show the hard work and dedication paid off. If you’re able to have him as your driving instructor, you are in good hands.

Passed my test first time today in Worthing. Would definetly recommend my instructor, Chris Peters. Top guy, he is always calm and gives clear instructions, and always encourages you to "face your fears" to improve what you aren't good at. The car is great too- smooth and easy to drive.

I had a good experience learning with Damir. He is a very good instructor who explains things very clearly and makes everything easy to understand. He always corrected my mistakes properly and calmly, which really helped me improve. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to pass my test. I would definitely recommend him to any one looking for an instructor.

My instructor Veronica Middleton-Sadouni was an amazing instructor and helped me pass my driving test (manual transmission) in one month with only 2 minors. She helped me feel calm whilst driving even though I started with a lot of anxiety on the road. She built my confidence and always remained calm and patient whilst correcting my mistakes. I always felt comfortable in the car with her to make mistakes and learn from them. I noticed that all my lessons with her was fully tailored to the things I struggled with so by the time I had my test there was nothing I didn't feel confident in. I would not have passed without her and highly recommend her.

Sameer is an outstanding instructor, he was able to fix all of my fail-worthy faults, and was able to guide me to pass, with only 1 minor, despite our very first lesson being less than a month before the test day.

He understands his students well and is very reliable.

My instructor Chris Collins is an amazing teacher and he helped me to bring my confidence up loads. Even after one failed test he guided me in the right direction and helped me to master all of the aspects I was stuck on, which led me to pass second time. He is super supportive but also tells you exactly what you need to work on and I think thats perfect in an instructor. Would totally recommend to a friend in the Grantham area.

It has been a pleasure learning under Elias Nkongho (BSM). From the very first lesson, he was reassuring, patient and constructive. This helped me a lot in overcoming my nerves on the road, especially at cross-roads and roundabouts.

Before I even had a confirmed test date, he had already taught me how to drive safely on carriageways, residential roads, country roads and built-up areas. Throughout our lessons, we managed to cover major roads in Erith,Sidcup, Bexley, Charlton, Greenwich, Thamesmead, Plumstead and Woolwich.

Thanks to his teaching, I am esctatic to say that I have since passed my driving exam at Erith Test Centre. I am now a more confident driver.

I passed with Ljeonora with only 2 minors, her support from the first lesson has been incredible, she always made me feel confident and taught me how to drive safely, she explained everything so clearly and was very patient. I would highly recommend her!!

Robert benjamin is an awful instructor

my instructor has consistently been cancelling lessons same day or in very short notice, my lessons are shorter than they should be and he has taken smoke breaks during my lessons, to be fair on that i also vape and this isnt a big deal to me personally but i still think it is highly unprofessional. he has made highly inappropriate comments regarding his holidays and what he got up to and the type of parties he attended and also recommended me to go to these. i was disgusted. he has little interest in progressing my learning and after over 2 months i have not done any manoeuvres and am still doing general driving despite my driving being good. he has also mentioned more times than needed about paying him directly rather than through bsm and when i declined this as the system on bsm is easy for me, the behaviour deteriorated and he became disinterested in my progression. he has also booked more lessons than i authorised before leaving me with a negative balance with pressure to pay for these when i didn't ask for them to begin with. upon putting in a complaint bsm were unable to find me a new instructor and they were helpful in refunding my money, however the wasted lessons and valuable money is a disappointment. avoid bsm at all costs
