I would not recommend buying from this dealership based on my experience.

I agreed to purchase an Audi Q3 (LV70 UWL) and was told it had passed its MOT and had work completed. On collection, I was unexpectedly given a courtesy car due to further issues with the vehicle (alternator), which had not been disclosed beforehand.

From that point onwards, communication was very poor. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, and I was given conflicting information about the status of repairs and delivery times. At one stage, I was told parts were arriving imminently, only to later be told they had not even been dispatched.

I also raised concerns about the MOT status, which were not properly addressed.

Due to the lack of transparency and confidence in the vehicle, I requested a full refund. Although the refund was eventually processed, it was delayed beyond the initially stated timeframe, and communication around this was again inconsistent. I was given explanations including internal cash flow issues and external “global” factors, which did not provide reassurance.

Overall, the experience was stressful and time-consuming, and the level of customer service fell well below expectations.

Worst garage to buy a car from was sold a dud car from this company with a dodgy mot.how a car passed its mot with bent osf wishbone,x2 front bold tyres,no rear brakes…went to have the car services by an approved trading standards garage and all faults where pointed out.i should them the mot done 3 days ago and the said no way this car passed its mot with these major faults.called garage and was fobbed off for 3 weeks and then they wanted proof of works which the servicing garage supplied DIRECTLEY to them.they made excuses should have notified us before works,my question is why was a dish car sold on the first place ,did you not check the car before handover,car was also advertised with 74k on the clock and it had 76500 when collected.all 4 alloy wheels where scuffed and front bumper was scratched both ends.no mention of Theo’s on the advertising which I have pictures off.they made excuses is truly a dodgy garage who sell unroadworthy cars.i travelled 5 hours in the rain and collected the car very late and realised the issues few days latter when I had a good look at the car

I brought a car - older car with higher mileage for towing my horses, the next day there was an issue that took me driving 40 mins for it to show, I contacted the company immediately who took the car back instantly and provided me with beautiful cars while mine was completely fixed. No issues, no complaints whatsoever just fixed the car remained in constant contact. Pete was truly so helpful and sorted the issue in no time or hassle, car was picked up and dropped off. Cannot fault customer service from any member of staff I had spoken too. Car was returned in beautiful condition.

Pete also made sure to check in later that day to ensure the car was in working order and had no shown any issues.

Amazing friendly guys, made the whole experience so easy. Would highly recommend these to anyone !

The car was awful and within 50 miles had a misfire and 3 of the cylinders pooled with oil and all the spark plugs absolutely covered, clearly put a dodgy MOT on it the day before because there were loads more wrong with the car, luckily I only had it 2/3 weeks so managed to get a full refund, stay well away from this garage.

Bought a car from Tyler, he was spot on from day 1 made sure everything was sorted, new MOT and sorted the alignment before I took it away.

We came to look at a car from an outside Carloan company. Tyler was very helpful , efficient and gave us a much better deal that was previously offered.
5 star deserved.
