Product burnt & they refused return. Eventually agreed if I paid for return shipping. Know product faulty product wasnt their fault but unreasonable to tell me its not their problem.

Always get my USA Coffee Mate creamers from here as they have the best selection and prices. They also seem to have more stock than other American Grocery stores. Shipping is affordable and links into my shop app to track delivery.

Purchased a box of 50 creamers on 13th August 2024received 15th And shelf life is best before September 2024.
I contacted the company who advised that this is Standard practice as long as the shelf life from date of purchase is one month. Something to be aware of if purchasing from this company, not fresh produce.** Update received 50 percent refund and expiry date now shown on website**

I don't think it's a fair generalization to say that we do not sell fresh products*. The product* you received is well in date and comfortably fit for purpose.
The Coffee Mate you bought was on promotion, with a 6-week shelf life. Plus we further discounted you after you complained about this. If you use one pod a day between now and the end of September, you will be able to use the entire box that cost you £4.49 (rather than £11.09).
All our terms and conditions are clearly stated in our policies, which are openly available for any customer visiting our website to see.

Helpful service and fast delivery :)
Unfortunately my first order from Broadway Candy went missing due to an issue with Evri. However, after contacting them and speaking to Avi, it was resolved quickly and a replacement product sent out immediately with no issues. The helpful service made all the difference and I will most definitely order again.
