Like many others 1 star awarded as no option to award any less. My case was referred to Broadspire by Shell PLC following a not my fault personal accident at a Shell garage. I wasn’t looking to make a claim but was encouraged to do so by the very efficient Shell customer services. The accident happened at the end of July 2022, I made the claim in August 2022 and it still isn’t resolved 9 months later! I have been asked for the same information several times, I have been ignored, fobbed off and then my claim handler told me he had been away ill - for 2 months - does no one forward on emails or check sick colleagues inboxes in this company? They are experts at delaying the process. I am considering handing the whole affair to a legal team, even a no win no fee outfit to let them resolve it, as Broadspire are just so unprofessional. I have also informed Shell of the appalling service by their agents as I am surprised that such a large company as Shell use such a shockingly poor outsourcing solution. By the look of all the reviews on here…… Crawford TPA/Broadspire do not care about their reputation or resolving their clients cases satisfactorily.

Dealing with this organisation for the past 9 months, have not yet once spoken to a case handler, Iv been sending emails and leaving voice notes weekly but getting no response, I occasionally get through to a receptionist who all repeat the same line “we cannot help due to conflict of interest” and I get generic emails asking me for the exact same piece of information that they have been requesting since the beginning which I have sent across numerous times, I’m not sure how they can say they are running a company if there is 0 communication in all this time and I would not be surprised if this review along with every other 1 stars I am seeing will fall on deaf ears along with all other forms of communication that I have made.

My car was hit my a motorcyclist, both me and the motorcyclist were insured by the same insurance company so I’m sure they’ve left my case on the back burner as there is no sign of urgency whatsoever, I wouldn’t be surprised if this “talking to a ghost company” tactic they seem to be applying is so that I stop pursuing my case or because they plan on putting the blame on me as the cost of repaying the motorcyclist is lower than paying for the damages of my car even though I had a witness in my car at the time of the incident.

Please don’t work with these people because they have no interest in working with you.

Like everyone else here, 1 star is just too much, another driver hit me in Sept, when I finally got a garage and a price (6 weeks ago) I only got acceptance last week of the amount for the work. I have emailed 5 times this week to claims handler Leanne who has ignored me. You can't call because they are not taking 3rd party calls, I need to get my car back and this company are making me feel.i am in the wrong! For your information here is my claim number 6685886.

One star is too many. Currently waiting on this them to pay out for a claim made in November 2021, despite the driver accepting liability. I have called on numerous occasions, one of which included a staff member saying that they only cover house insurance and that I have the wrong company. Completely ignorant to emails. I am appalled that they are allowed to continue operating.

Worse customer service. Unforgettable experience. They handed over my none fault case to the opponent driver without any evidence plus I was not made aware of and I was not claiming from them. I asked them make my accident claim noted. I wanted to claim from same other insurance which they were doing the job for me however they gave away my case for free

Despite your assurance that my stolen van (now recovered) has been submitted to the engineer for a report and is currently simply awaiting information on the last step.
When I got to the vehicle compound yesterday and discovered that it was still in the beginning stages over a month ago, I was shocked to realize this.
The van will be destroyed today, by the police as no communication has been forthcoming!!! I have sent numerous messages today No reply from you or your sister company

Lol this company are a joke! I just skimmed the reviews and saw one saying they sure do what they can to delay a claim or avoid paying! How accurate . It’s been almost 7 weeks I’ve had no vehicle or any payout . They have rude receptionist snobby female staff , they take ages to reply to your emails no matter how quick you reply back to them. They don’t communicate with other companies involved so you forever have to do the chasing everyone around , I may aswell work here instead😂 I’ll be glad to finally get my payout and never have to deal with these again! Avoid. Sure cuvva is cheap sometimes but when it comes to an accident that wasn’t even my fault may I add, you realise why they are cheap. Something had to be good about them 🤔

I am having to deal with them for a water damage claim which has left my property uninhabitable due to lack of a working bathroom. After a full week there has been absolutely no progress despite a dozen or so calls and numerous emails from me, leaving myself and my flatmate stuck in a flat with no bathroom.
Every time I call I am promised it will be dealt with urgently and I will hear from the claim handler that day but I never do.
I will do all I can in future to avoid insurers that use Crawford.

Those who left reviews that I feel for , reading them , let me tell you , you are wasting your time . The U.K. system allow them such behaviour . Those who wanted Brexit , be warned , that you were actually protected by the United European Laws .. meaning non of those one way system laws created in the U.K. wouldn’t have been accepted . Loss adjuster are there to evaluate and not con . And if Liz Bartlett .. pls view her profile on linked in to understand . She resorted to many lies..

I am taking Airbnb to court
I emailed all executives of Crawford and Co around the world to denounce them . She should not be there , as as a chief hollow executive to behave so cowardly

They took me to hell and back … but Lisa Bartlett .. no matter what .. I shall get my justice in the court of France . It is appalling in how they are actually empowered and rubbish people with lies and deception

Whilst Crawford and Co who mislead me for nearly 6 months through lies for Airbnb , after nearly 20 months , it seems that you lied that you are not dealing with this huge house fire .. why that much lies and deception . My case will be heard in court in France . Mrs Lisa Bartlett the chief executive has a lot to respond . We will carry on placing a complaint against her practice which is unlawful. THERE IS NOTHING THAT I WOULD NEED TO LIE ABOUT . Beside just view the huge number of complaint with the difference that I lost my family home and AIRBNB ..used you to try to ignore their responsibilities. WE WONT ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN. I HAVE OVER 50 mails to pull in how your company deceived me for months. Lying and gas lighting wouldn’t take away the truth

7 hours this week of constantly calling 01412297015 no one ever answers and after 20 minutes it cuts off. No registered a complaint with the FSA.

Two years into a subsidence claim. At each step of the way I had to place tens of calls to generate any kind of progress. Last reading was taken four months ago and zero progress has been made since then. Most of the times, I am unable to reach anyone (let alone the case handler) at Crawford. Whenever I do manage to reach someone, they say the case is "with another team", they promise to get back to me with an update... and I never hear from them again. Yesterday, the lady I spoke to misled me about their complaints procedure and lied about sending me copies of documents. The most abominable customer service I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

Continuously refused to pay a basic and obvious travel delay claim. Claimed under Revolut Metal insurance. Will be taking it to the Ombudsman. Have also told Revolut to change their insurer.

I unfortunately had the insurance through Revolut and would have never chosen this option if I had known how terrible their service is. I thought I had travel insurance but nothing seems to be covered with this joke of an insurance.

Even the most easiest, straightforward claims take several months to process. My nearly brand new MacBook Air was valued at £50 after five months of submitting the claim. I have several doctor's visits that I have claimed but there's absolutely no answer at all even though I've been following up.

I was about to change my travel insurance provider but Revolut announced they won't be working with this ridiculous company anymore.

Worst customer service ever they don’t acknowledge sick note from doctors and hospital letter apparently enlarged prostate which I had frequency and urgency’s to go toilet is not considered illness in their company in return I stopped driving for Uber because they didn’t honour and respect illness and payment

By far the most unprofessional claims handlers i am an uber driver still waiting for my paternity claim to go through its been 2 months its a straight forward claim they don’t contact me and when i ring them they keep saying the same thing “Axa is holding your funds” even though on their claims portal it says payment has been made.

Used by Revolut. They'll never support your claims.

An absolute joke of a company, don't expect to ever see your money even after months. They're only a marketing ploy for Revolut Metal as "added value".

If you ever have to submit a claim, expect wasting time and gaining nothing.

Shocking service, several months have gone by and I've never once been contacted by them proactively and despite chasing regularly my claim has still not been settled.

They are just administrators though, the policy I bought was through Zurich insurance so they are actually the ones to avoid

Paperwork supposedly lost , and after a few days of arguing part of the documents were found the rest never. Plus to much time to pay . Dishonest company .
