Shocking customer service
The worst customer service who are almost impossible to get ahold of. My card is frozen so I can’t access any of my funds, even through transfer and got told it would be 4-6 weeks to receive a new card. When i eventually did get ahold of them 26 hours later, they copy pasted the same message I got the day before. They keep assuring me they can transfer my funds but never do it when it comes down to it. How am I supposed to pay my medical bills.
All I want is to be contacted and the problem to be sorted out.
