Brew Tea Co are amazing as always. A great customer experience and fast dispatch/delivery of items too. All the products are really high quality including the gift items like the tea pots and boards.

Ordered just before 4pm on Thursday, chose standard shipping at checkout and received my order before lunch time the next day! Can't get much better than that! Love my new teapot, excellent job brew tea company, A*

Haven't bought another brand since I tried them. The tea is perfect, the tea pots are beautiful and delivery is super fast.
It's a joy to receive their perfectly wrapped packages every time.

In April my son bought me the glass tea pot for two, 800ml, As time has gone on and I use it every day the lid started to get looser and at one point came off during pouring. The spill was quickly cleared up. However yesterday, 10th January 2022, I wrote to them asking if it was possible to get a replacement of the rubber seal and should this of happened within 9 months? Their customer service man, Arthur, responded within the day, very apologetic and today has sent me an email saying they are sending me a NEW tea pot with a remodelled rubber ring. What service!! Not what I was expecting and I certainly will be ordering my tea from them from now on. Brilliant company!

Best tea in the business. Genuinely really good, reward programme, super tasty. Everyone comments on the loose leaf if they come over and have a cuppa. Keep smashing it!

I love this company. I am an avid green tea drinker and their green tea is absolutely delicious! In fact, standard green tea doesn't even taste right any more. I had a slight issue the other day when my monthly delivery didn't turn up but was stated delivered with the parcel company. I contacted Brew tea co, and they responded almost immediately! Esther emailed me and tried to sort out my missing delivery and sent me a box out straightaway which arrived first thing the next morning! Best customer service ever, thank you, customer for life!

Found this tea ( Breakfast tea) on a visit to Yorkshire. Brought some home, then reordered tea and tea tin and spoon. It's the best tea I have ever had. Making another purchase for a gift. Arrived beautifully wrapped in lovely paper and a sturdy box.

I ordered some gifts for colleagues with Brew Tea Co and couldn't be happier with the product.

They arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped in matching yellow wrapping paper. Neatly packed as well.

I needed a VAT invoice and customer care were quick and so friendly.

Will definitely be returning to buy my own tea soon.

I ordered a teapot and some tea for my partners birthday present and was so impressed. The teapot is beautiful and makes a lovely cup of tea. The whole ordering process was really easy and delivery was super quick. Would definitely recommend!

Most delicious tea ever. Love the Earl Grey and the Apple & Blackberry. I have never really liked decaff tea but both the decaff Earl Grey and the decaff Ceylon are fab.

Had the one cup teapot as a birthday gift. On the box it says faff free..and it certainly is!!! Infusers are ok but tricky to clean and rinse..but this is so much easier. It looks really stylish too. I love this teapot!!!

Fabulous company to deal with. I wanted to add my brew coins to my order but couldn’t see how and it took me straight to check out, without the discount. I emailed the company and Esther replied immediately. She was very helpful and explained that if my details for payment are automatically uploaded then I miss that part. However, she was able to view my order, take off the brew coins and I had a refund. She was friendly yet professional, and communication was excellent. Thank you for making the whole process stressless! Thank you brew tea and thank you Esther.

Had one of their brilliant teapots for about 2 years but started getting their tea on subscription at the being of lockdown. Beautiful darjeeling and earl grey tea. Can easily delay or bring forward delivery. Any problem can phone and speak to someone who isn't reading from a script who can sort it out.
And they are a B Corp

At last! a decaffeinated earl grey loose leaf tea - with flavour. I love the fact that I can have a big bag of it delivered on subscription - and move the date if I still have plenty left. The tea tins are lovely - good size and quality. The tea pot with the strainer in the lid is genius - no more messy tea strainers and plenty of room for the tea leaves.
But what sets the Brew Tea Co above others is the customer service. I ordered 2 mugs/jug sets for Christmas presents but MEANT to order 2 mugs/jug/infusers sets. I called them, and despite this being probably the busiest time of year, the phone was answered fast, by a real person and not a robotic menu, by a wonderful woman who has sorted it all out. I thought I might have to return what I have to order a new set but Brew Tea have solved the problem in the simplest way - they will just send the infusers. THANK YOU!
I don't leave many reviews - only when a company is truly dreadful or gives exceptional service. If you worry about buying online from a company you don't know, you can put your mind at rest with this one. If something goes wrong, you will know they will help you. And the tea is delicious!

I've used brew tea for a while now and I really like the flavour of their loose leaf teas, in particular their chai and their English breakfast tea. I also really like their subscription services so I never have to remember to get back on and order more. Their staff are always really friendly, and my orders are delivered timely, typically next day. Would definitely recommend them.

I have tried many different brands of decaffeinated tea and found them all to be to be lacking in flavour. Have just tried the Brew Tea Co Decaffeinated Ceylon and am so excited. It has such a lot of flavour and is so lovely to drink. Thank goodness I have finally found something I can stick with now.

We enjoyed our first order so much we have taken out a monthly subscription for their English breakfast tea. Also really liked the Lemon and Ginger and Apple and Blackberry. All of them have been a cut above our usual shop purchases and service has been excellent too

As a devout drinker of Yorkshire Tea and Pukka Three Mint Tea (am I allowed to say the names of other brands?!) I didn't think I would find anything better.

Turns out I was wrong! I think this is the best tasting tea I've ever tried. The service was so quick - I order them on the 24th June and had them delivered on the 25th!

Not only does the tea taste delicious, the packaging is so cheerful and you get instructions on how to recycle.

I'm a convert!

Genuinely can't rate this company enough. Not only is all the tea I've tried excellent but the service has been outstanding too with my orders always arriving the next day.
