Real Great Old Fashioned Service
So I purchased a special mixed paint against a RAL number, when I used it, the colour appeared a bit yellow. Returned it to the store and rather than be told to buy something else, the lovely Kaz offered to try and remix to make it nearer what I wanted. Amazing customer service, lovely person and it’s now spot on! This is real old fashioned service. Highly recommended. Well done Brewers Stevenage

Order online, saves time
I find that I can order materials and tools that I need online, then pick it up after I receive a text from my local Brewers to say it is ready to pick up. It saves a lot of time

I think Stevenage Brewers is excellent. The staff are knowledgeable & helpful.

Not competitive for me
I’ve been in the game for nearly 25 years and never really used brewers as they never given you a good price. I can always get better prices elsewhere even after I set up a new credit account and discussed certain product prices and what can get them for they still didn’t make it worth my while.
I made an online order as this is what it’s for or so I believed only to be told that “I’m not having a pop but you should really ring up as we might not have what you want in stock and I have to source it”

Our online store has a good range of products but there are some lines that won’t be held by every store which means the product will either be supplied from a central location or a nearby store – this shouldn’t affect your online experience as these lead times will be indicated at the time of placing your order.
